If your food chain doesn’t close till 2:00 AM, you should at least be aware of the orders that are still coming in.I ordered my food at 11:50pm for a 12:30am pickup, when I arrived at 12:25am there was someone scrubbing the floors in the back. I was knocking on the window and even walking in the drive through area and there was no sign of a response.It wasn’t until I called the fast food restaurant that the manager got up and walked out of a corner that was visible from the window was standing at. After that she noticed that my order and 3 other orders were waiting to be made.Then once they started my order they were missing half of the items and stated they were not making more for the rest of the night(No coleslaw and No biscuits they were going to replace with other items).

Unprofessional Management & Poor Customer ServiceI have been a loyal customer of Popeyes at 360 Baychester Avenue, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On a previous visit, I ordered a 10-piece regular chicken meal and requested a mix of pieces, but instead received 10 legs. Since it was too late too return, I decided to bring it to the attention of the manager, Erica, on my next visit—not to ask for compensation, but simply to share my concern.Unfortunately, the supervisor, Erica was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Instead of listening, she made me feel as though my complaint was insignificant. I then reached out to the general manager to express my concerns, only to be dismissed again—she downplayed the issue, yet apologized for the experience and offered a chicken meal, but I felt she wasn't truly genuine. and made it clear that she didn’t care about the poor customer service I experienced.I wasn’t asking for free food—I just wanted to bring attention to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I understand we live in a busy area, but that is no excuse for rudeness, especially when people are spending their hard-earned money at this establishment. Customers should be treated with respect, not disregard.This experience has made me rethink returning to this location, and I hope corporate and the franchise owner address this ongoing issue. No one should be treated this way.

I don’t leave reviews for places but too many circumstances that this location has not been pleasant. I’ve been here multiple times and it has never been pleasant, but I will speak about my most recent experience.Today I went here, the service was bad. The cashier who appeared to be the manager at the time was very rude to customers, not just me. She yelled at customers to get their food; “MS HELLO YOUR FOOD!”.Now onto the food, the fries bag came with gravy spilt on it. There was comb web looking things on the end of the chicken leg… unfortunately I didn’t see until I ate parts of it.Anyways, in general, I would not recommend this location to anyone even after the renovation it just had.

The cashier was very sweet but the rest of the staff seemed to have something against her. She continuously asked for them to make my order (which was a classic chicken sandwich) and they purposely ignored her. One guy said flat out that he wasn’t gonna make it. You could even hear them mocking her with a high pitched voice. They delayed my order to the point that i missed 2 buses. Not liking your employees is one thing but to create an environment where you’re affecting the customers is another. Such a disgusting experience. I hope that girl gets out of there and find a better job!

Food is Good 😋Based on my experience on 7/6/21. I was greed by the cashier named Arianna, she provided me with a good customer service I requested the 16 pcs family meal only dark meat without any problems also the manager answered all my questions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I seeBathrooms aren't accessible to the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up.I think the business owner or the Management company should read customer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers.Note 📝I went weekday around 1:30 pm it was empty and weekends could be more busy but that should not change it the quality of service. I am going back soon 😉 anything I will change my review
