I ordered the fry lovers fries, when I pulled the cup out of the bag and the fries fell down in the cup exposing only a half filled cup. This isn't the 1st time this happened. The mushroom burger only had 2 pieces of mushrooms. The window person didn't greet me, didn't talk to me just opened the window, I told them my name for pickup order, they went got it and just handed it to me. Slow service, 20 minutes to pick up an order is too long. I love the food but service needs drastically improved.

I waited 15 minutes after ordering two burgers and two fries, and they weren't busy. The staff seemed to hate their jobs to the point that they need a pay decrease. No mannerism and borderline disrespectful. Whoever was in the kitchen did great food was on point. The gentleman at the window was terrible.

When i got my food my burger was all sloppy and messy and i got only a third of my onion chips instead of the serving size i was supposed to get, also the guy at the window got mad because i asked him to put my food in separate bags and thats where the sloppy food and little chips came from!

Ma and my husband came thru and got a 2 for 7 on the double cheese they gave us two spicy chicken so we came back thru at the window and told them it was supposed to be two double cheese not two spicy and they gave us another bag apologized and we went home.we looked in our bag and they gave us two double spicy I’m highly upset got it wrong twice
