★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Casual and busy, Rasa had a solid bowl of curry laksa. Good flavor overall and served quickly, but not mind-blowing. I would return to try other dishes. It was busy on a weeknight with a youthful vibe. Service was efficient and friendly.
June 26 · Lisa Williamsreally like their fried chicken! so tasty, love it! we’ll be back for this menu. They also have many seats for group order.
August 26 · Windy OktanauraWent here for lunch. Service was excellent and we has the assam laksa, sambal petai udang and nasi lemak chicken curry. All was good and tasty. We also had onde onde for dessert and was given complimentary small cups of teh tarik which was very appreciated. Recommend to come here.
April 22 · Amzar AbdullahI recently visited Rasa in New York, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food came out quickly. We started with the Sarawak, which is a bowl of pure magic. The flavors are unlike anything I’ve had before. It’s a deep, rich broth infused with aromatic spices, layered with tender noodles that soak up all the deliciousness. The menu describes it as having a "combination of earthy and umami flavors," and they were spot on—each bite was a comforting burst of flavor. The Sarawak is perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat and richness. It’s a must-try for anyone craving something different and exciting. We also had the Pad Thai with chicken, which was fresh, vibrant, and full of delicious crunch. The balance of sweet, sour, and savory was impeccable. The chicken was tender, and the flavors just came together perfectly. If you're in New York, Rasa is a must-visit! Will definitely be back for more!
February 10 · Skeeb KhanIt was our first time trying Malaysian food and it didn’t disappoint. We started with an appetizer platter which came with 2 chicken satays, 2 tofu puffs and 2 curry puffs. Very flavorful. Satay sauce was a little too sweet. Then we got mee goreng and nasi lemak with chicken curry. Very different, came with fried anchovies, coconut rice, papad, curry chicken , cucumbers and fried peanuts. The noodles were nice and spicy served with a hot sauce. The service was excellent. Quick and friendly.
