It was a disappointing experience.It could be understandable if we were a small group of 3-5 people, however we were 8 adults with 4 kids.By the time the food came to the table it was lukewarm/ room temp when it should have been brought out as it was ready.It was a general consensus not to verbally complain because would have meant an even longer wait time before eating

Food was great, but the service really needs work. Management needs to hire or schedule more workers so they aren't as overwhelmed. There were literally 2 servers and a busboy working the dining room. There were dirty tables everywhere. My fiance and I were never checked in on by our server, we never got refills, and we were given maybe 3 napkins. She also put our appetizer in wrong, and said she'd put in the right one and it would be comped because it took so long to get out to us, but we were still charged for it. In all, kudos to the kitchen staff bc the food was great, but everything else...yikes. We won't be back.

It was my first time to dine in at Red Robin. The server was so kind to give me a free fries as a complimentary for it was my first time to try their food. I love the strawberry milkshake, ribs and onion rings. I would for sure go back. Thank you!

I love going to Red Robin. The atmosphere is always bright and upbeat. I really liked the overhead pictures at this particular location. We had a tiny bit of trouble getting seated, but we ended up in a great spot. The service was excellent (as always). They were understaffed, but that didn't show at all in the service we received. Our server was awesome, and our food was great. My burger was a bit too pink for my liking, but it was really no big deal. Everything else was great!

My husband And I stopped in Red Robin Grove city location, and had the best experience because of our server Robyn. We ordered a barbecue burger and some new honey hot chicken wings that she recommended and they were fantastic! Our service was on point didn’t skip a beat. Food was amazing. We will be back.!
