The atmosphere was stunning, with a beautifully designed space and an impressive wine display--perfect for capturing some great photos. To kick things off, we were treated to complimentary shots, which set the tone for a fun night.We started with the RC Crispy Rice topped with spicy tuna. Although the portions were small, the flavors were spot on. For sushi, we ordered three rolls--Volcano, Rainbow, and Tuna with Black Truffle--and every bite was absolutely delicious. Next, we tried the RC Short Rib Tacos. While they were decent, they didn't quite stand out and could have been skipped.For the main course, we shared a wagyu steak, cooked to absolute perfection--juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The service throughout the night was fantastic, with attentive servers making sure everything was seamless. It was such a memorable night, and I'd definitely come back again!
June 06 · Jamie LLast night at Reserve Cut - Park Ave was fantastic! Every dish, from appetizers to salads to the steaks, was absolutely delicious and top-notch, with outstanding flavors. The cocktails were just perfect. The décor blends vintage charm with a modern touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was our first visit to RC's new location, and I can confidently say it upholds the exceptional Reserve Cut standard!(The pictures attached are only a part of what we ordered)
May 21 · Waldman FamilyI expected a lot more.Let's start by saying this was a huge disappointment.We tried the dumplings which were great, but to simple. Went on to a Wagyu steak, which by no means was anything special. The steak was over done, not like we asked, and if it was real Wagyu it might have been the lowest quality of Wagyu. Basically, the Wagyu in this restaurant is just a gimmick, not worth the money. We also tried the Wagyu burger- just terrible. First time it was well done, sent it back, came back fine, but the whole thing felt like it was old, and just terrible flavor.This place is extremely expensive for really no reason. The quality does not justify the price.A note on their bathrooms... Don't, just don't try them, what a dump.Seating was very uncomfortable, with one couch seat being very low and one bench in normal height. If it wasn't sold as fine dining it would be a joke.This place was a huge disappointment.I will not go back until things change!I do not recommend this place.
July 16 · David ElhararPeople should be aware - Really a sub par experience.For a bill of over $500 for a couple, the food was bland and the service was ok. I have eaten at much better restaurants in the city for much less. Take Barnea bistro, they have a 4.8 star vs a 4.3 star rating that this restaurant has - and it makes a world of a difference.The food being OK, the Wagyu steak being OK, and the sushi being definitely OK,We ordered appetizers, main course, and dessert, all gluten-free, because I am gluten-free. The restaurant was very attentive to gluten-free, which was nice. The problem was after we had our three courses, they decide to give me a free dessert for my birthday, which was very nice, but the issue was it was 100% gluten. When the waiter realized, they said sorry, and that was it, no replacement, no comp, not even the gluten-free Macarons that the other tables got for free.Overall, I felt that there was a bit of a lack of care as a whole and was underwhelmed. Hopefully the restaurant can fix the food!
