First timer ~Food was good and didn't take long right after lunch rush. Staff was polite and made sure to specify how I wanted my burger cooked. Togo packaging was quite secure and made for non messy eating, very much appreciated.

Local NYC chain serving a very extensive “American” menu of burgers, sloppy Joe, Mac n cheese, sandwiches, fries, onion rings, milkshakes, and alike.They have a very extensive menu.Schnipper’s classic burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had. It was absolutely delicious, good crunch from the bacon.The fries were 5/10, way too soft. A disappointing pairing. The chocolate milkshake, for $9, was made of Hershey’s syrup and just not impressive, 1/10 for that.The burger was so good thought that I give this place 4 stars. Nice seating too. An attempt at a diner feel.The staff were not very friendly / hospitable, but I get it. They seemed tiredTLDR: go, get a burger, nothing else.They have veggie burgers and vegan options.

The rich people who eat here must not have a strong since of taste. The food is arguably white and lacks some flavor. It’s a burger, sure.. But where’s that meaty greasy flavor that is all too common with burgers made at the local corner stores? Also a little more rare than I’d like it, but to their credit I didn’t tell them to cook it throughly.The fries are good. But upon dipping them in the “Heinz” ketchup I noticed that it was way way too watery to be Heinz ketchup. I grabbed another bottle and this one seemed legit.The upstairs was closed and the soda machine was broken.Idk it’s lunch and I ate it. Would I come back?Maybe.

Big portion of chicken sandwich. Even of fries. Good customer service. Loads of fillings in the sandwich but the crispy chicken was a little greasy, maybe the oil? I do recommend the grilled chicken though! Nice seating area upstairs considering in that area in New York for a fast food restaurant you might not have a similar experience (plus charging spot...)

I went out for a quick lunch from work. I didn't wait very long, but it was Saturday and the place was empty, one person except me. I ordered a veggie burger and fries. The fries were quite good, the burger was standard - like everywhere else. I didn't feel the atmosphere. The place is large, a typical food hall.
