★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had such an amazing anniversary dinner at Senza. Eating authentic Italian food was never something I imagined I could ever do after being diagnosed with celiac disease. It was not only the best gluten free food I have ever eaten but my favorite restaurant of all time now. The atmosphere was perfect, quiet little spot that feels like a slice out of Italy. I cannot wait to return!!! Round of applause, seriously. Thank you so much!!
August 08 · OliviaIt’s hard to find Italian fare that is gluten free and still has the taste of all the “classic”—Senza Gluten in the West Village does the job like no one else can! The portions are big (so they are totally shareable), every ingredient is super fresh, most everything is house made and service is friendly and reliable. The outside area is perfect for doing some glamorous people watching while you dine and it has a no rush atmosphere!
August 02 · Anne RasoThis is the best place to eat gluten free in NYC… The best desserts you could have ever have. Inviting ambiance, top-notch service, and an ideal spot for romantic or celebratory meals.
July 04 · Tea LolashviliFinding great gluten-free Italian pasta that doesn’t taste like wood or chalk is quite challenging. However, my experience at Senza Gluten was the best I’ve ever had. The food was outstanding and simply perfect. The pear and pecan salad was absolutely divine, and I haven’t even mentioned how fantastic the cannoli dessert was. This place truly put Rome on notice, and everything is 100% gluten-free. Thank you for making my NYC visit memorable!
April 12 · Carl JThe atmosphere was, well none as we were outside, our table next to dog poop bag that had been stepped on. The weather didn't help it was cold and windy.. should have some outside heaters under the tables or something. The servers were way too serious. The free bread could have been hot, like most restaurants that serve bread. The Calamari was tasty. The fried cauliflower with cheese was savory. The ravioli was a bit salty and could have had more filling. the sauce lacked texture. The Risotto was nice and creamy and could use a bit more cheese. The spaghetti carbonara could have had a bit more guanciale. I get that Gluten free ingredients are more expensive but for the price it could have been a little better. The fact they only take cash or American Express is odd too..
