★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1From the moment I stepped into Seoul Bap, I knew I was in for something special. The space has that perfect balance of modern elegance and cozy warmth the kind of place where you immediately feel welcome but also know you’re about to have a memorable dining experience. We kicked things off with a Passionfruit Mango Bellini tropical, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet to set the tone for the night. The first dish to arrive was the Hamachi Yuzu Crudo. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were even better buttery hamachi paired with bright, citrusy yuzu for a refreshing, perfectly balanced bite. Then came the star of the evening: the Short Rib topped with Chimichurri. Served in a rich, flavorful jus alongside creamy parsnip mash, tender carrots, and sweet onions, this dish was pure comfort and indulgence. The short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender I had to give it a close-up because every forkful just fell apart effortlessly. To end the night, we tried their homemade Black Sesame dessert nutty, silky, and subtly sweet, the perfect finale to such a rich and flavorful meal.Seoul Bap delivers on every level: beautiful plating, balanced flavors, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. If you’re a NYC foodie looking for a spot that blends creativity with comfort, this place deserves a spot at the top of your list.
August 12 · Andrea NovoaI went to Seoul Bap with my sister and we had the best time. The vibes are super cute and fun, and the food was so good and we tried a bunch of the Korean tapas and shared everything. But let me tell you, the cocktails were our favorite part. So cute and good!Definitely adding this place to our go-to list. Can’t wait to come back!
July 08 · Marie-Axelle AnomanFood was SO flavorful. Appreciated that it wasn’t too spicy but definitely still had a kick to it. Every appetizer we had felt unique and high quality ingredients. The meals were so filling and would definitely order again. Dessert was unique and we enjoyed! Mocktails were also well crafted and delicious! Highly recommend for a date or group gathering. Great service too!!
July 29 · Jess McKayLove the tapas options at Seoul Bap. I tried a couple of items including the crispy dumplings, cream cheese and Bulgogi. I like the presentation and how it was served in cast iron letting the flavors simmer a bit longer. Everything was delicious and perfect size to share with friends. Their cocktail menu also offered great options and its perfect for an elevated after work drink with co workers or friends. I also like the location definitely would recommend to friends.
July 08 · New YorkGreat experience here at Seoul BAP. We did not have a reservation but they created one for us and there was only like a fifteen minute wait. It got pretty busy so we were lucky. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend the Korean pear cocktail. It was SO delicious. As was the tteokbokki burrata and Korean fried chicken. The bulgogi bibimbap was not bad. I actually really enjoyed all of the vegetables but was sad that they did not have the option of a stone bowl. Either way, everything was delicious. Now for my standard comments. This location is clean and well kept. Tables are a little close to each other but seating is comfortable.
