I was here today for lunch and the restaurant is big there were kiosks to order from so I ordered from there… I got the double shack burger with a side of fries and a 6 piece chicken bites… the food took less than 10 minutes and it was delicious… the workers there’s are very nice and helpful… I will definitely come back here soon!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Shake Shack on Harlem’s 125th! From the moment I walked in, the manager set the tone — a true Black Queen holding it down with grace, professionalism, and warmth. She was incredibly attentive, making sure every customer felt seen, welcomed, and appreciated. You could tell she genuinely cared about both her team and the guests, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a community spot than just a restaurant.Love to see leadership like that — someone who keeps things running smoothly while still taking time to greet people with a smile. She’s the kind of manager that makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for the way she makes you feel welcomed.

NEVER ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese fries from Chicken Shack through Uber Eats at around 3:25 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my food until 4:39 PM, and it was cold upon arrival. This was disappointing, but an even bigger issue occurred when, after just two or three bites of the sandwich, I found a long curly strand of hair in my mouth. I was mortified and immediately spit the food out. Thankfully, Uber Eats is issuing me a refund for the sandwich, but I will never order from this location again.

Had to wait 20 minutes for ONE.SINGLE. Beverage at an EMPTY shake shack, and wasn’t helped at all. I’m not even the type to leave reviews, but even when I worked customer service I knew this is not appropriate. This specific location has a lot to improve on, safe to say I’ll never be coming again. There is more effort in being on their phones than assisting. Just a warning to you future customers - don’t bother.
