I ordered 4 drinks only, they took easily 15 minutes in bringing them out and we were only two cars in all the parking lot so they weren’t super busy. On top of it what really pushed me to give a one star service is that the man by the name of Charl’son bringing my drinks had the audacity to say ” may I remind you tips are highly appreciate it”.

Waited at the stall for 15 mins only to have to drive to drive thru. Made it into drive thru had to wait another 20 minutes just to place an order. (It was only 3 cars in the line who already placed their orders)Now waiting another 20 minutes for 2 drinks when it’s an entire team in the inside. They definitely need to better their handle time and runners if I only have 2 drinks it should’ve been out. This is the most unorganized unprofessional low productivity sonic I’ve ever been. Then get to the window wait another 5 mins for my change

I had ordered a few drinks and one of my drinks had blood in it. I didn't know. I drank most of it and then something came through. The straw and I was like. It's weird because all I ordered was PhD tea and it's only syrup, so I opened my cup and bam, there's blood droplets in there. I called the 1 800 number And they told me that they're put a report in and also, the gentleman said that he wanted a tip, and he needed the tip, otherwise we couldn't get our drinks.His name was charelson i spent an hour and a 1/2 on the phone, complaining to the 1 800 number about how there is blood in mit, in explaining to them that I got photos of it, and hopefully I don't get sick, because I drink most of it, and I even explain that to the people the sonic 1 800 number and they told me, just keep a photo of the thingy. And hopefully somebody will get back to me and nobody did.So i'm making this report.Do not go to this location because they took thirty minutes to give me my drink.I should have left

Placed an order at 12:52 pm been there in the stall for 20 minutes and no one came out, I approached to the window by the drive through, and they didn’t know about my order , they all were talking and laughing inside the store the manager (Miguel) came to me and was very rude and told me that if I wanted the order I have to show him my receipt and go back to my stall to keep waiting, total of 35+ minutes and they said just cancel your order so you can get your money back. Just paid for nothing , I was mistreated and I took a brake of my work to go there and get something to cool off and I ended up upset with no order and no money back.Less than 0 ⭐️ is what they deserve.

Just drove through and ordered 2 drinks. A coke zero and a sweet tea. The worker repeated it back twice to me. I picked up the drinks, got back, opened them.....they gave me unsweetened tea. And I was not at a place where sugar was available. So I was a bit ticked. If it had not been happy hour pricing I would have gone back.
