Order was placed through the app. Check in was supposed to be through the stall. I waited 15 mins and nobody came out. Someone also came to one of the pick up stalls and nobody came for him. He went to an ordering stall and received his food. When I went to an ordering stall I was told to go through the drive thru. The drive through was a little long.

Their workers are lazy and rude. They did not accommodate for the errors in their system and blamed it on me, the customer, for the reason their receipt machines aren’t receiving orders and refused to make my order that I ordered online. In the past, every time I’ve gotten food/drinks here whether pickup or delivery it has been lackluster and halfway done. I always ask/PAY for extra juice and they never give it to me!!!!!! It begins to feel personal when a business goes about itself this way. Never once have I felt satisfied trying this location. Not once.

I really don’t like going to fast food chains in the hood, I still went, and I regret it. Tater tots tasted like they were fried in old grease, mozzarella sticks were SOFT on the outside instead of crunchy, and why is the drive thru speaker on the SIDE of the menu instead of in front? Could barely even see the menu while ordering. & the man at the drive thru had an attitude & snatched my card.

There is a specific lady that takes orders at the drive through that cannot get the orders right. Whenever she is working the drive through my order is always wrong even though I repeat it multiple times to her. I ask for light syrup every time and never get light syrup even though she says she heard what I'm saying. Today i asked for a slush with light syrup and she made a regular drink with regular syrup. The man handing out the food changed it to a slush, but i still didnt realize it was regular syrup until i left. I have no other issues at all with this sonic, just whenever she's there i never get the right stuff.

This place is terrible!!!! I ordered double super sonic meal and onion rings. Didn't get a double received a single. The onion rings were not even done. The sprite wasn't sprite, it was carbonated water. The only bright spot was the poor young lady that was running back and forth to the cars to get payments because you couldn't pay at the speaker. The fact that I was stuck with this crappy order is my own fault. I have been sick and just wanted to grab something real quick and go home. I took forever for me to get my order so I didn't check that the $15 an hour staff got the order correct and fully cooked. None the less, food was trash!!!
