I put 4 because the morning shift amazing anything after that not so much. Food is good bacon is usually over cooked but everything else great. There is one lady who is usually in drive through in the mornings I need to get her name but she is pretty great!

Waited 20 minutes for a hot fudge sundae, there was no rush there for it to take that long. Hardly any fudge or m&ms. Wouldn’t come here again. Terrible sonic. Waste of money & time.

Jenna decided to make me pay twice for my slushes that I’m sure she did something with. Also we showed her confrontation that we paid yet she still put it twice on the card. Also she took her sweet time lessening to music instead of making my drink. Horrible service

This place has the absolute worst service! There have been multiple times for a place in mobile order pulled up and had to wait for over 20 minutes. You would think I would’ve learned my lesson by now however, sometimes I just have to have sonic cheese sticks, but the frustration I have with waiting every time is not really worth it last time. I was here. I had to pull away without getting food because we waited for over 30 minutes. They refunded my money however my most recent trip we had the same issue, but I waited for 15. I guess you could call that improvement.

I had a great experience today, thanks to the amazing customer service I received from Stephon.My visit started with a problem with my order/my experience with my order. It was frustrating, but Stephon stepped in and completely turned things around. He was quick to find a solution.Because of Stephon's outstanding help, what could have been a negative "sonic" experience was rescued. People like him are what make a business greatly.
