July 29 · Jude JhonsThis is a prime example of a place you hesitate to Yelp about because you don't want too many people to know about it and thus run the risk of it being overly crowded. This place creates memorable meals. Employees are accommodating and cordial. Their classic menu items have earned their status. Future trips nearby will include this restaurant.
June 29 · do buiDare I say it... some of the best soup in NYC? The counter service is quick, courteous and professional. The soup selection filled with 6-8 classics. They all taste exactly as they should, consistently every day. The Moroccan Lamb Stew is a personal favorite of mine and I highly recommend it.If you're a tourist on a budget (or otherwise) and the weather is cool enough for soup, do not deny yourself some of the best lunch in the neighborhood. Solid 5 Stars!!!
March 26 · Philip EngelNice tiny soup/sandwich Kiosk for a simple quick lunch to go. Soups could use a little more flavor, but overall a solid meal. Can get bread, or little crackers to go with the soups. Pretty large selection for the size of the location. Clam chowder and the chili soups are standards that hold up well.
November 11 · CaiusThe Moroccan soup was absolutely delicious, but the prices have changed - it is now $8 for a small and $11 for a large. However, they now take credit cards. Overall a lovely meal and people in this neighborhood are usually willing to pay more.
