The worst customer service. The soda machine did not have anymore Pepsi and none of the employees wanted to refill it. They were giving a very bad attitude. I had to ask them more than 3 times to please help me. Then they decided to replace it and ended up saying there was not more Pepsi in the back. They never offered me a refund Just water or orange juice. I asked them again 2 more times that what they were going to do and finally gave a refund. Don’t visit this place ever. They are rude people.

Great value for money. Friendly service and pretty quick too. Reasonable vegetarian selections. Drinks are not free unfortunately. Coffee should be skipped. The desserts are good but high calories so should be skipped. 7 layer burrito was good but one layer was missing perhaps during construction. Overall a memorable experience of high quality dining.

Quiet place which is surprising given the location being on fordham road. Quiet place, I still waited over 15 mins for three items. For a second I thought I was in a chipotle and not a fast food restaurant, but even chipotle would’ve been faster than this during a lunch rush hour. It is 430, the restaurant is empty. Why on earth did it take so long, I’ll never find out because this was definitely a one time thing.

I love this Taco Bell on East Fordham.. the best service I have received from a chain restaurant.. check out there happy hour between 2-5pmAll drinks are a dollar and that dragonfruit freeze is everything.. and there Tuesday drops for dollars.. the whole staff is polite and courteous.. especially the manager she is a joy 🤩

Idk where the 5 stars reviews are coming from but I need to know when those employees are working cause my food was made with such little energy it’s insane. How am I missing a burrito, was giving the a different burrito instead of a taco and the new cantina taco doesn’t look anything like the picture. Ik it won’t look the same as the pic but that looks like a regular crunch taco.I’m missing about 6-8 dollars out of the 21 I spent today, how can your employees be this badly trained, like does Taco Bell even have managers and why was there nobody in the front and everyone in the back playing much and ignoring your customers.
