There was a table of 5 and we were there to celebrate my godson 15th birthday!Out waiter was so sweet but the food was trash!First they brought out everyone drinks but didn’t tell me my sprite was on the table also we thought it was water because two ppl ordered margaritas! So it just sat there until my fience sipped it and said it’s not water!The waiter replaced it but after 30 mins went by we ordered our food and the friend pickles came out (2 orders) and then placed our order for food!20 mins into eating the pickles I got EXTREMELY SICK! I was in the restroom for the duration of the visit! I was throwing up and had bad digestive issues! I got light headed and passed out in the restroom!My fience and best friend came in the restroom to help me and got me water! I was able to go bk to my seat but when I went back to our booth everyone food was wrong and cold!As u can see from the pics NO ONE TOUCHED OR EAT THEIR FOOD!The manger had to comp our bill and remake my best friend and her sisters food to go! We immediately left and i went to the hospital! I had food poisoning! Im Bariatric and food process fast for me and my body was going into shock!Later that day I called my best friend to let her know and she stated “her and her sister was sick and had really bad diarrhea, and their stomach was cramping and they were throwing up” I told her I had food poisoning and I told her if it gets worse to go to the hospital. And to call the restaurant and let them knowShe called the restaurant and we’re still waiting to hear back from the general manager. The manger there that night said he knows the food isn’t very warm because they was very busy! That is no excuse! How 4 out of 5 ppl got sick just from eating the fried pickles?!My god son didn’t eat the pickles so he was fine! But I felt bad that I got sick and he couldn’t enjoy himself at his fav restaurant!That was my fience and I first time ever at Texas Roadhouse and I will never be back!

Went with others for a birthday party. Had prearranged for seating but waited almost an additional hour to be seated. Took over 15 minutes for food to be served after we ordered and some things were not right. Two people ordered loaded baked sweet potatoes and the topings were burned ( marshmellow especially). I ordered the pulled pork dinner with corn and mashed potatoes. The corn was so salty that it was not eatable. There was a bone in my pulled pork. See the photo. The Manager tried to solve things. He went to the kitchen to try the corn and had it pulled. He wanted to provide me with other food. However, my appetite was pretty much gone by then. Thanks Casey. We will give them another chance.

A Well-Oiled MachineTexas Roadhouse is one of my go-to restaurants when I'm travelling in the US. I like the food and the the quality seems to be consistent no matter which location you visit. The Grove City location is no different as the staff are well-trained, they can handle high volume and they seem to know the menu well enough to be able to answer any questions you may have. On this visit, I ordered some of my Texas Roadhouse favourites. I started with their Texas Red Chili which is always delicious and flavourful and a great starter. For the main course, I ordered a Texas-Size combo with a sirloin and grilled shrimp. The meal also came with fluffy mashed potatoes served with a massive amount of gravy and a side of steamed vegetables. The steak was cooked to a medium as I ordered and I liked the garlic bread that the grilled shrimp sits on. Overall another consistent quality meal from Texas Roadhouse.

Sarah was on top of it great service with a smile considering a Saturday before Father's Day. It was nice to get great service for a change and not having to wait 30 min to get a drink and not having to send back any food.We had the filet and bone in ribeye.
