★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had lunch at The Kati Roll Company on our first day in NYC while visiting the 9/11 Memorial and World Trade Center. The place has a casual vibe with Bollywood posters, which gives it a fun touch. We ordered a mix of vegetarian options: Aloo Masala roll (in roti), Unda Paneer rolls (one in roti, one in paratha), two Achari Paneer rolls (in paratha), and steamed vegan momos. The taste of the rolls was okay — not bad, but nothing special either. The sizes were quite small, and one roll definitely wasn’t enough for lunch. We also got sodas and a mango lassi, which were nice. The vegan momos were a disappointment. They were cold and hard when served, and the staff even suggested frying them to make them better — a clear sign they weren’t fresh. For that, I’d rate the momos 1/5.Service was quick and the staff were polite, which was appreciated. It’s a convenient spot for a quick bite if you’re nearby, but don’t expect large portions or super fresh food. Overall, a fair 3 out of 5.
May 09 · Ankil ShahI’d like to think that I’m one of their oldest customers as I have been a die hard fan since 2002. From the original location on MacDougal Street to now the many locations all over the city I’m a loyal customer. Always a delicious meal with friendly staff. Considering how many places have had to increase their prices Kati Roll still manages to deliver a spectacular meal at a reasonable price. Always a good idea to go here.
April 02 · Raeesa WaheedI been going to Kati Roll for years now. This location is near work so I often head there to do a pickup. The variety is great and all Kati rolls have rich in flavor and I can get it to any spice level I want. It’s a must try if you are in the area.
March 10 · Supreme CollectiblesI was skeptical because they have 4.1/5 rating but I was pleasantly surpriced. Their best roll is the og anda roll. Don't miss that. The tea is also really nice.I tried the chicken and another kebab roll and those were also good.
January 27 · Tabib MazharThe place is small with limited seating, which isn’t surprising given its downtown location. We had to wait a bit to get seated. Portions were on the smaller side and the taste was just okay. That said, the staff was friendly and the service was quick — 5/5 for that. A decent spot for a quick bite if you’re around the WTC area.
