★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is a Chipotle/Cava style restaurant where you can build your own bowl with all types of ingredients. I had the jerk chicken salad bowl and I built it to the way I liked it. The flavor was very good. All of the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The older woman who made my bowl was very nice and polite and she was very generous with the portion size. I would definitely return if I am in the area.
April 22 · Stephane BeraudI ordered on uber eats and lets just say I was disappointed I saw all the good reviews and I wanted to give this a try but I was underwhelmed I got the jerk wrap it had no flavor and the ginger dressing I ordered with it never came. For my first experience I was not wowed:Part#2: let me start off by saying I am speechless by bri’s response to my complaint she contacted me apologized and remade my wrap and had it delivered wow this time around it was absolutely delicious, the wrap was soft and I got my sauce actually more than one sauce she also gave me two patties for my husband. This is what customer service is all about listening to customers and rectifying what went wrong, I will definitely be ordering again soon. I will attach some pictures of my new order THANKS AGAIN BRI!!!! P.S (I will let the old pic stay just for reference with the new one)
July 23 · jessica GenusI came across this establishment on TikTok. The food looked pretty good. I decided to check it out myself. I ordered the jerk chicken salad with an array of toppings. It was quite an amazing selection: shredded romaine lettuce, plantains, mango salsa, scotch bonnet peppers, pickled onions, mini tomatoes, shredded carrots with the jerk sauce, then topped with a generous serving of jerk chicken n more sauce. It was quite delish! It was reasonably priced with the many different options. Most definitely will return.
May 20 · F WaltersI really wanted to put in a great review for this establishment, but the customer service desperately needs room for improvement. There is a lot going on in such a small eatery with the lack of employees being assigned to their roles. People are waiting to be cashed out, others are waiting to be served. Delivery couriers are waiting to pick up orders and ultimately, the running of the business is unorganized. No one is moving with the slightest sense of urgency, some are unaware of what “vegan” means (even though it’s listed on their menu) and there’s a lot of verbiage on the menu in-store. Nothing is clear and easy for the customer to follow through. And as a first time customer, the operation of the eatery was all over the place.I asked the employee that was serving me if the coco bread sandwich is vegan friendly. She didn’t understand what that mean’t. I asked if it’s made with dairy products. She goes on to say it’s white bread. The information given didn’t help me, so I asked which of the bowls is vegan friendly: the rice bowl or the pasta bowl? She mentioned it depends on which protein you get and start listing protein choices that aren’t vegan like chicken and shrimp. She recommended vegans usually get the quinoa bowl with chickpeas, so I went ahead with that option. Then I pointed at the mushrooms and asked her if the mushrooms are vegan friendly. She mentions that the mushrooms are made with butter, but as she was preparing my bowl, she changed her response to saying that the mushrooms are vegan friendly 😅. At this point, im confused on what’s actually vegan and what’s not and she is unaware of what vegan options the eatery offers or even what the meaning of vegan is.As she was preparing my bowl, I asked if certain toppings like the crispy shallots were vegan. Every time I inquired, she chuckled as if I was asking too much. If there was a clear indication showing which toppings/menu items were vegan, I wouldn’t be inquiring to the employee about it. Upon checking out, I asked if the spinach patty was vegan and her response was that she doesn’t know how the dough is made. The food itself was ok. I ordered the quinoa bowl with mushrooms, plantains, mixed greens, mango salsa, pumpkin seeds and cranberries. The sauces like the tamarind ginger and the bbq sorrel were 10/10.Overall, my first time visit was ultimately disappointing. I really wanted to share great things about this eatery, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I hope the owner will review this review and make the necessary changes in order to have an effective business.
April 11 · Wali GFresh, flavorful, and made with care! I had oxtail rice bowl and it hit the spot—perfect balance of taste and texture. The vibe is great, and the service is quick. Definitely coming back!
