Buyer beware. I stopped by to order lunch. I ordered the Shrimp Tostadas, which was priced at $15 on the menu. When I went to pay, my total was $19.60. When I spoke up about the jump from $15 to $ 19, she stated that the shrimp was more. I expressed that according to the menu, it's $15. I was then told the menus hadn't been updated. They have menus all over the outside and inside of the restaurant. The money isn't the issue, but the lack of transparency is.

Great Mexican restaurant in HARLEM! I took a chance because I’ve been searching for some good chilaquiles con salsa verse for two years now... stopes into Tulcimexico and they got it so right!! The place is small but impeccably clean!The chilaquiles were delicious, I had them with refried beans and two fried eggs! I was in heaven!!!The service was good and I am happy to have found this little Gem in Harlem!!

Ordered on Uber eats, most flavorful Mexican food I’ve had. The Refried beans, the steak. Even the salsa Roja and salsa verde had flavor and not just spice. The carnitas we like Puerto Rican pernil and a bit dry and chicken was a tad pale for me. Stick to the steak and pork In my opinion.
