It’s hot in there. The ac is not working. There were 3 people behind the line and u still had to wait 30 MINUTES for an order!! Two people behind the line gossip while people waiting at 7:20 pm on Tuesday June 15!!! The worst experience!!

I will never come back here again. The short Hispanic woman at the counter on a Tuesday night is racist!!I asked for ice for my Coke and she said they were out of ice. She said I could get ice from the drink machine but they had no ice in them at that time so they couldn't give me any. However, other white people who ordered after me got ice at the counter. So when I complained, she pretended not to hear me and served the white man behind me first. Afterwards, they finally gave me ice at the counter. If you are Asian, don't come here!

Horrible, lettuce was not fresh looked dull, dry chicken look burnt couldn’t even go for a second bite, I told the worker multiple times I wanted 3 sugar cookie and she forgot and proceeded to give me chocolate chip, order 10 pc chicken nuggets only for 6 pc, didn’t even receive a receipt.

When it takes 3 ppl to make a burger you've got a problem. And you still forget a sauce for the nuggets I ordered 20 mins ago?! Short staffed and can't handle a basic lunch rush. I dont blame the crew I blame the company. You fail Wendy's! You fail. The bag said it best.

Same issue as others, no bacon in the burger. Budget cuts have reached a new level.Baked potato was old and wrinkly, must have been sitting all day. Chili cup was half full.I rather them just raise the prices instead of cutting like this.
