Good cobb salad actually (choose a healthier dressing possibly). They did not have regular hot coffee unfortunately, I guess they could have prepared it but it's okay, no vig deal. The place has a lot of seats and the service is fast. It's fast food but with decent quality. Good even for a larger group of people.

My experience at Wendy's last night was disappointing, to say the least. Upon arrival at 10:00 PM, we found that most of the chairs on the right side and in the center were already stacked up, indicating a busy evening. Despite the crowd, we decided to dine in-house and placed our order. However, there were no available seats on the left side, so we attempted to clear a spot to enjoy our meal indoors. Before we could even move the first chair, a staff member, who was occupying a table upfront to watch videos on their phone, rudely forced us to switch to the other side, which was already overcrowded.The state of the restaurant was appalling considering its current operation. There was food littered on the floor and tables, sticky surfaces, and overflowing trash cans. The drink station was also heavily soiled, adding to the unsanitary conditions. We endured long wait times for our food, only to discover that the bacon on our burger was not fresh.To make matters worse, the store manager or employee forgot our sauces and exhibited unfriendly behavior when reminded. It's incredibly disappointing and unhygienic, especially given the location's high volume of tourism. Wendy's at this location should prioritize cleanliness and customer service to improve the overall dining experience.I'm reluctantly giving this establishment one star because it's the minimum requirement, but if I could, I would give it zero stars. My experience here was beyond disappointing. From start to finish, everything was a letdown.The service was abysmal, with staff members displaying a lack of professionalism and rudeness towards customers. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, with dirt and debris scattered around, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.To top it off, the quality of the food was unacceptable. It was either undercooked, overcooked, or simply not fresh. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretful of even stepping foot into this establishment.In conclusion, I urge others to steer clear of this place unless they want to be met with disappointment and frustration. This one-star rating is a generous gesture, as the experience truly warrants zero stars.

I walked into Wendy's with one thing on my mind: a simple, glorious chicken sandwich. A quick bite, in and out, I thought. But what greeted me was a level of chaos I wasn’t prepared for. The line moved slower than molasses in January, and before I knew it, I’d been standing there for 45 minutes—45 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I glanced around, wondering if I had somehow entered some kind of fast-food purgatory. And if the wait wasn’t bad enough, the distinct aroma of New York’s streets drifted in with the steady stream of homeless souls wandering through. It was one of those moments that made me question everything—mainly, why I didn’t just leave.Living in Bilbao has clearly softened me. There, it’s unheard of to wait so long for food, much less in an environment that smells like it needs more than just a deep clean. But nostalgia has a way of clouding judgment. I stood there, clinging to the memory of what that chicken sandwich once tasted like, hoping it would somehow be worth the ordeal. Was I being a snob? Probably. But after living in a place where efficiency and cleanliness are the norm, you start to wonder if maybe your standards have shifted for the better.And yet, I stayed. Nostalgia is a powerful thing, isn’t it? It convinces you that the sandwich you loved years ago is worth the wait, no matter how many street smells or absurd delays you endure. I finally got my sandwich, though at that point, I’m not sure if it was hunger or stubbornness that made it taste so good.

The soda machines are always out of many flavors and we're so dirty a dead mosquito was in my soda. Never ordering here again.

I visited this Wendy’s while in New York for the Pokémon GO Global GO Fest, and honestly, it was a complete disappointment.The only positive was the food—I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal, and it tasted fine. But everything else ruined the experience.There was no air conditioning inside, making it unbearable to sit and eat. Most of the self-serve kiosks were broken, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Trash was piled up, and only one of the two drink machines was working, causing a long line just to get a soda.I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
