Just stopped by to share my recent adventure at what used to be my favorite Whataburger location. I’ve always enjoyed the consistently fresh food, polite staff, and the way this store handled any hiccup with professionalism. Unfortunately, that legacy seems to have left the building—along with any trace of customer service.I ordered a simple fish sandwich with extra pickles and cheese. Instead of the friendly service I was accustomed to, I was met with a level of attitude that could only be described as Olympic-worthy. The woman at the window seemed genuinely offended that I existed. Not only did she hand me my food with the grace of someone lobbing a dodgeball, but when I called to share my concern, she casually informed me the manager was “busy” and barked, “What do you want? What you need?”Ah, customer service at its finest.I’ll be calling corporate, not that I expect a red carpet, but I do think they should know that this location now seems to be run by folks who may have mistaken Whataburger for an MMA ring.As for me, I’ll gladly make the drive to Pearland or anywhere else that serves up a side of basic courtesy with my order. Papa’s Burgers will now be my first choice.Best of luck. You’ll need it.

Upon entry, I noticed over 15 people waiting. Had 2 wait to place order because staff was talking load to one another. (arguing). Here is my receipt and look at receipt. Sandwich was not good at all. Next time, I will turn around at the door when I see the signs. We have to do better.

Came in doing Uber Eats and both times waited for over 30 minutes for my pickup orders, staff was constantly walking away from what they were doing to go talk to friends that were hanging out in the lobby. manager was out helping but didn't say anything to his crew to make things go faster, it's no wonder why their own machines say their target goals they are missing by double

Slow! Slow! And slow! Placed order. Payed. Pulled up to window. Was told to pull off to the side to wait. It was 4 to 5 cars already waiting. Then the next 4 cars had to pull over to wait also. Took close to 15 minutes before we got our order.

Ok. I experienced the bad customer service here several times, but the last time I went was a few weeks ago, and cussed the person on the driveway out, and I don't cuss. I asked her a simple question, and she made a big gruntling noise. The manager defended her, she's a lady too. I tried treating them nice here; but I had to quit coming, I don't spend my money nowhere I'm not treated right....
