I purchased the miniz 9” pepperoni pizza on a Friday night around 6:30 pm. 10-15 minute wait. Decent.Extremely thin slices, a very thin layer of cheese and sauce, and about 12 pepperoni slices spread out across the entire pie. Immediately compared it to a Chuck-E-Cheese kid’s cheese pizza with a few pepperoni slices on it. Not comparable to their marketing photo at all.FYI - only online purchases count towards rewards points. No purchases in-store count.Staff was not mean or rude.

Guy working today was so kind and helpful.He told us there was a slight adjustment to our order and we were still okay with it because he was upfront about it.Will tip bigger just for him next time.

The sweet revenge has been our go-to pie since Zalat opened up in midtown a few years ago. I had a chance to connect with area leader, Bobby Boucher, and he’s a terrific guy who stands by his product and cares for his customers. I’ll always feel better paying a bit extra for a superior product and such excellent customer service. Thanks Bobby!

This is my first time ever hearing about Zalat Pizza. The pizza was delicious and they had great customer service. I’m very happy that I decided to visit on my downtown Houston stay. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.
