I ordered the Stir Fry Prawns from this restaurant. The name says “stir fry,” but it came swimming in soup—clearly just trying to bulk it up. There were only four prawns in the whole dish. The menu also said it included minced beef, but there was none. Honestly, the owner is so stingy. If you’re going to offer a lunch specialty, at least give people a proper portion.

The food was very flavorful. We ordered tangerine beef, shredded pork with garlic sauce, and Szechuan chicken with chili sauce. Every dish has a distinctive flavor. I love the numbing sensation in the chicken. The tangerine beef is too sweet for my taste. Overall, everything was above average. The servers were very nice and friendly.

I've been coming to this restaurant very frequently since December of 2023, and I've always enjoyed it a lot! It's very clean and peaceful inside, the staff is chill and friendly, and the food tastes amazing and is also reasonably priced. Sometimes I come alone and sometimes I come with my family and it's still absolutely an enjoyable restaurant.

The twice cooked pork, sautéed string beans, and yangzhou fried rice here are all pretty good. The owner is very sweet and the service is super quick. Glad to have such a homey chinese spot on the upper east side.
