I would give Ahimsa more stars if I could! Rightfully named after the most important yogic principle, this vegetarian/vegan Indian restaurant is top-tier in quality & service. This evening I had the samosa appetizer which came with two delicious chutneys for dipping. For my entree I had the masala dosa, which was the best I’ve had outside of India. 10/10 would highly recommend, it is a healthy portion with a huge amount of bread, a big serving of sambar, coconut & tamarind (?) chutney. Stellar. The ambiance was pleasant: tidy & inviting, menus come on tablets which is nice. The waitstaff were very sweet & accommodating (it was a Saturday evening at prime time & I was dining solo which I understand could be disappointing for staff). Nonetheless, they were very accommodating, welcoming & provided great service.Thank you, Ahmisa, I will be back!Ram Ram 🙏 - Edward Gieda III
