Overall rating: 2Price: $18.50It is so annoying that I intended to go to Maman right next door & I thought to come here instead to try something new. I ordered the Giovanni and there was only 1 person ahead of me. But the wait maybe took 20 or so minutes. When I ate the sandwich it was not good. Subway is better. I didn’t taste any pesto like the ingredients suggest & when I went back to get more - the staff gave me a weird look. They ended up giving me a side and I realized it indeed is not pesto. It’s barely pesto mayo.I was so unhappy with the sandwich I went next door and got another sandwich at Maman instead. Do not recommend.

The Maria was probably the best fast breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I went to this place because it was the only one without a line serving a breakfast sandwich, and when I approached I realized there was no line because they had just opened. So expecting to wait a couple minutes for them to get everything fired up, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had just finished prepping the first sandwiches of the day. I’m well aware my sandwich may have been as good as it was because I got the first one of the day, but the eggs were so moist and fluffy they tasted like a soft scramble even though I know they’re just fast food eggs. The ham and cheddar were good quality as well, and the brioche bun was perfectly toasted. I never leave reviews but I loved this sandwich lol.

Got the Mona Lisa because it sounded good and was the least expensive sandwich on the lunch menu, at $14 (still outrageous, but whatever, it's NYC and a train station). While the overall size of the sandwich was bigger than I was expecting, it was still very disappointing for the price.Also, the employee taking my order told me it would be a 15-20 min wait *after* I had already paid. Luckily, I had enough time, but what if I didn't? I get that you guys don't want to scare customers away by telling them it'll be a wait upfront, but when you're located in a transit center it's crucial to give people that info right off the bat so they can make an informed decision. Please coach your team on that, or, if it's a top-down policy, change it. Honesty and transparency goes a long way for a business.Anyway, I don't think I'd choose to eat here again next time I'm at Moynihan, especially with so many other options. The quality of the food just isn't there for the price.

Rip off!😡 Ordered two sandwiches Alidoro and another spicy one. Very disappointed there was barely any meat and the 3 workers were extra slow to make it! There is no motivation they look grumpy and don't want to be there and have attitudes.My grandma works faster than them!Where's the meat?

Had a great couple of sandwiches here! The one with burrata is to die for: had it on a seeded roll and I could eat it everyday. The cashier was very kind and helpful. The proportions of the meat to bread and other toppings were great. You don’t always get that with these types of sandwiches.I also tried the spicy mortadella sandwich, and didn’t care much for it: but that’s just a personal preference. It was bit too spicy for me, and the spread overtook the entire sandwich. The meat was delicious though.
