• TERRIBLE!! The naked wings they advertise are really frozen breaded wings. Yuck! Way to much seasoning..The ranch was terrible as well. Unsafe amounts of sodium/salt.. I do not recommend! .5 out of 10

• I stopped in here for lunch on a random Thursday and was not disappointed at all! I got wings and a couple beers and the wings were fire. Juicy, crispy, and just the right amount of kick. They have an expansive menu and chill atmosphere in there. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for local charm and great food.

• My wife and I met my brother for a late lunch at Fountain’s Take II. Man it was DELICIOUS!!!Super chill environment and very pleasant staff.We had the crab stuffed mushrooms and cheeseburger sliders as our appetizers, both great flavors and the burgers made for a tasty small bite.As our main dishes, I had the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of steamed broccoli, my brother had his go to in the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, and my wife had the fried oysters. Everything was perfectly prepared, exquisitely seasoned and just overall really good!!! The price wasn’t bad at all for the meal we had and I plan on going back soon.Check out Fountain’s Take II, it’ll be well worth it.

• I enjoyed this place the second I walked in the door. Very warming and comfortable environment, great music, great drinks!! The server was GREAT!!! He knew the menu like he wrote it. • My favourite burger place anywhere. Of all the burgers at the various breweries and places in Columbus this is my favourite. I always get the Juicy Jackie, I am sure everything else is good but I always get that. I moved out of state last week and this was my last meal. A soft bun which is great with the heaviness of everything, delicious mushroom/beef combo patty, TWO types of onion and a tangy sauce and pickles. Perfect combo. The fries are good although I prefer when they were deep fried fingerling potatoes. Their French toast for brunch is also good. Great spot. Affordable as well.

• I consider myself a biscuits and gravy connoisseur, and these were EXCELLENT. They serve the brunch menu on Sat and Sun from 11-3. The price point was great ($8 and definitely enough to make you full). The biscuits are substantial and dense with the right ratio of softness to crisp. The gravy has the miso to make it stand out among other gravies. I highly recommend these to other biscuit lovers!!

• Goood Friends is not your average bar food. The portions are huge, and the quality of the ingredients takes their sandwiches to the next level. I’ve eaten here for brunch and dinner and absolutely loved the sausage breakfast sandwich and juicy Jackie burger. The house made sauces, pickles, and freshly baked buns make all the difference. Not sure why some of the other reviews complain about price, as the sandwiches are all large enough to split and are comparable in price to other sandwiches with far worse ingredients in the downtown area.

• Oh. My Gosh. Best burger ever!! I finally made it into Jackie O's on 4th for the Buckeye game today, and was so excited to finally try Goood Friends. I ordered the Juicy Jackie, and was legit blown away. It's not a basic burger: this double-pattied-masterpiece has mayo+sauce, cheese, not one but TWO kinds of onions (grilled and crispy, swoon) and pickles. In other words, it was the burger of my dreams. The toasted bun sealed the deal. I couldn't stop talking about it. 110% boys. Can't wait to come back and try more menu items.

• This place is a very attractive little window on the back of Little West Tavern.There is seating around fire pits in an adorable little courtyard. The atmosphere is great and inspires connection and conversation.The person at the window was friendly and personable. The food came out fast and was very attractively presented.However, the poutine isn’t great. The gravy tasted like water and the cheese curds weren’t all that flavorful either. The fries are great, the restaurant inside and this place gave fantastic fries. Unfortunately, the fries carried the dish and were the only thing that gave it any flavor. The best bite I had was at the bottom with a fry and a bunch of cheese.I would like to come again and try the other flavors with high hopes as they sound great.

• Service was nice when I came but the poutine just wasn’t great. The cheese curds were so firm it seemed like they’d just been pulled out of the fridge and tossed on. Most of the gravy was sitting at the bottom of the container. Had to pull from the bottom to get a nicely coated fry. Gravy did have good flavor at least. This is by a bar so maybe it’s intended to be drunk food where as long as you have fries and gravy you’re happy but it’s not at the top of my list to return to.

• We got the og i am disappointed in it. The poutine had no flavor to it.The og is 14 dollars, and its kinda small for 14 dollars.It's a good place to go and check out. I would and will recommend it to my friends and family to check out, but I will be back to the other flavors.The service is quite great for a window place their quite friendly.The atmosphere is, in my opinion, great because it's outside seating, so if it's a nice evening, it's nice to sit outside.

• Careful! You just might miss this back-wall walk up service behind West Tavern across from COSI, except for the line of people who know what they're waiting for. Hot fresh crispy fries nestled under flavorful perfectly seasoned toppings. While I appreciate traditional poutine, I opted for the "Out West" and a non-alcoholic blueberry mojito. Everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and above all, extremely tasty. Perfect portions. I will absolutely stop by again.

• I love Hai Poke and I used to get it almost every week when the location was in Short North.I went back to the one at Land Grant quit often but the food different all the time. I always get it with sesame carrots but recently, the carrots never cooked and not like it used to be anymore. :(Please bring it back the same quality

• They are willing to accommodate the spice level of the dish if you want it spicier and experience more flavors. Most Asian restaurants I been to serve “American spicy” level dishes which in term for me taste as bland as mash potatoes and black pepper gravy. If yall want to expand your tastebuds take my advice.

• I had never tried Indian food before we were there for the marathon employees were more than helpful and wouldn't take payment until after I ate dinner because he wasn't going to charge me for it unless I liked the meal...... needless to say that I paid for the meal and made sure that they received a nice tip... awesome job and don't forget to get the garlic nan bread........hope to see you again next year

• Ate here while visiting for the Arnold Classics. Got a chicken and rice meal with green beans. Chicken and rice were great, but the green beans were a little hard like they could've been cooked more and lacked flavor. Staff was very friendly. Serving size portions. Prices weren't ridiculous. Can take the food and sit on the outer edge of the building- many people sat on the floor nearby to eat it.

• Pretty cool place. I don't think I have ever been to a place like this before. When we walked in it was really unexpected. It was almost overstimulating. There were so many options for food. We ended up getting ice cream and special flavored popcorn. But if I were to go back I would definitely try to eat at every restaurant. So much seating as well upstairs and a little outside. We went back in September of 2024 but I'm sure it's still just as great today.

Service is fast, the crepe mix is a great texture and has a nice lightly eggy flavor.The savory ones were quite good, though the parts at the edge of the crepe can get very heavily cheesy.Chip portions are put on estimation from the servers and can vary a lot.The tutti frutti crepe was packed full of fruit and was lovely so the dulce de leche crepe with just bananas and condensed milk/caramel didn't have as much impact even though it was still tasty.* We had mixed reviews on the salmon and goat cheese crepe, but mostly because people either didn't care for smoked salmon or didn't care for goat cheese, the execution was fine.

• I absolutely LOVED both my experience and the Crepes here! I learned that Holy Crepes is brand new to North Market (my first visit to North Market being Saturday 02/08) and my roommate and I got other food before we stumbled upon Holy Crepes. We were full already but we wanted to try them so bad - so, we came back the next day just to get their food and we do NOT regret it! The owner, I believe, was so friendly and the very sweet employee who helped us was also amazing - 10/10 customer service! I got the S'mores Crepe and my roommate got the Paris Crepe and both were to die for. Highly recommend getting the S'mores Crepe as it comes with a scoop of S'mores Ice Cream (I substituted the Hershey's sauce for Nutella and it was heavenly). Definitely go and try them out and help them out as they are brand new! We will be going back and trying their Savory Crepes very soon!!!

• Nice Somali restaurant in North Market. My first time eating Somali food. I got the rice bowl with the Mango Chicken and another chicken. I also got 2 types of rice. Everything was delicious and tasty. Everyone was very friendly. The prices are okay not cheap. I paid $18.00 for my bowl.

The mango chicken wasn't as tender as we hoped. The beef suqaar also was a little on the tough side.The goat is flavorful but a bit chewy. It's not for someone who minds bones (I definitely don't mind and enjoyed it a lot)The sambusas are great snacks and are crispy when you first get them.The mango juice was sweet and refreshing.The sweet and spicy dipping sauces were very good but also on the sweet side.

• My wonderful wife said she knew I’d like the food she saw there when she was at lunch at North Market, so brought home for me the goat bowl with the spicy rice, cabbage and spinach along with two of their spicy sauces. It was outstanding! All of it flavorful on its own and the goat was wonderful with only a drop or two of the sauces. I love very spicy food and my mouth is still feeling this meal a bit! Usually hot sauces have spicy and a vinegar taste. These were spicy but jam packed with a lot more flavors than vinegar. Delicious and an outstanding meal!

• If I could give them 10 star I would, this is amazing my family and i are visiting from Miami and we stop here because my son love chicken sandwich, now this is something else the sandwiches are perfect , delicious big, but what really make the difference was the attention .let’s begin with the wonderful lady in the front taking our order she is perfect amazing, she makes us feel like home , the sweet guy in the kitchen treat my son likes his own , he bring us Mac and cheese for free , dessert for free . • Very Cute/Cool little local café. Exactly the type of place we look for when we travel. The food was excellent. Probably one of the best pancakes (loaded with blueberries, cranberries, raisins, and nuts) I've ever had! 😁👍🏽We sat at the counter and watched them cook it. Prices were very good/reasonable.The burgers here were incredible.. looked like a half pound of meat! 😁We will definitely be back when we come to Columbus and German town. 👍🏽

• This is a classic diner experience with a cozy, neighborhood feel. The food was on point! Their famous Western Omelette definitely lived up to the hype, but the real star of the show was the hash browns with cheese and onions - sneakily amazing! It's a small spot, so be prepared for a bit of a squeeze, but the friendly service and tasty food make it well worth the visit.

• Another incredible restaurant has opened in Columbus. In addition to Veritas, Agni, Chapman’s, Commune, and a few others, Isla is helping elevate food scene in Columbus.Per usual, Chef Andrew Smith prepared an incredible tasting menu with zero misses. Everything from the first bite to the dessert was complex and flavorful.The vibe in the restaurant was contemporary, but cozy…very conducive for a wonderful venting with friend.If you are in Columbus and in search of a fabulous meal, you need to try this place. It won’t disappoint.

• My two boys and I wandered here while visiting the Eastern Market and we were so glad we did! Max, the owner, has the very best energy! She’s really good with kids: patient with them placing their own order, understanding when my youngest dropped his all over the floor and overall very kind and genuine. • Love this booth at the East Market. The staff is really nice and helpful. The Daq’s are non-alcoholic. But if you want to add alcohol they offer a special deal at the bar to add a shot to your Daq. I liked the Hurricane Lane a lot! You should go give them a try.

• Such a fun place! Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Got the "It's Fall Y'all" Daq and our son got a mix of the sour apple and the cherry. They are delicious. The best part (maybe for the next time) is they have an agreement with the bar at the end of the East Market to add a shot to your Daq, what they call Daq That Thing Up! They can even give you recommendations on what shots to add! Didn't get to the change yet to try the snoballs or the milkshakes but we can't wait to come back!

• This establishment has been one of my favorites for the past 10 years when they were originally located on Oak street. Yellow Brick Pizza is now located in the East Market Food Hall off of Kelton Avenue. This pizzeria is known for its large NY style pizza slices and signature hand-tossed pizzas with amazing flavors.I was strolling through trying to decide what to eat when I noticed a savory smell of cheese and pepperoni. There was a fresh pizza coming out of the oven. The pizzas are pretty much cooked to order but single slices are offered as well for $5.I was with my best friend at the time and as you can see from the picture, she dug right in! This is a great spot to grab lunch or dinner when you’re in the mood for authentic pizza.

• Pizza is delicious New York style, and staff are friendly and care about their customers. My order was scheduled to be ready at closing time, but the ched expected I might be there early and had it ready at 9:50, cooked extra crispy as requested. These folks take pride in their pizza, and you can taste the difference.

• This is a spot worth trying at East Market. They're pretty inexpensive compared to most hibachi places out there and the portion was satisfying. The shrimp was a tad salty for my tastebuds, but still tasty. Nothing on the plate was boring -- the fried rice was well-seasoned; the bean sprouts and the side of broccoli were both resting in some delicious juices, each with their own unique flavor. There's plenty other meat and seafood options to choose from on the menu, too. I'd be happy to eat here again.

• The food was super good and very filling. The pricing is also pretty decent for the quality and quantity for what you're getting (in my opinion). My only true issue was the trouble with getting seating here. However, that is not Momocha's fault.

• I got the shrimp hibachi. I come to East Market a lot, but it was my first time getting Momocha. Compared to other vendors in the market, the price was low. Just $12 (before tip) for a very filling meal (could have made it two if I wanted to). Delicious food and great service.

• Easily one of the best hibachi experiences I have ever had. The food was perfectly cooked to order and the service was efficient, and speedy! This was overall an amazing food experience and one that I cannot wait to return to again for lunch or dinner in the near future. • I’ve had the Carmella and Yo Adrian the couple times that I’ve went. The ingredients are phenomenal and its shows. The bread for the Carmella is amazing as it’s incredibly soft but still has a bit of chew to it. Would highly recommend.

• Located in the East Market. I had the Yo Adrian. It was great, every bite was fantastic. The mozzarella really topped it off. The size of the sandwich was big. For the cost I would say it was a decent deal. The chips weren't made by them which I felt is a miss in their part. I look forward to going back to try some of the sammies!

• These sandwiches are a thing of beauty. I didn't know I needed a smoked chicken salad sandwich in my life until I knew. This is the type of sandwich you will be thinking about for the next week. • Finally, I had time to stop by the East Market. Well worth it! Decided on a Carmella from Buck City. Staff was super friendly and you feel the pride they had in crafting this monster. It's alot of flavor packed into this Sammie. Great heat and the vinegar tang all dance wonderfully in every bite.Great atmosphere to just hang out and relax. Parking for lunch was super easy, but can see how it will fill up.Many future trips in mind.

• This is a very solid sandwich shop with an attractive and creative menu, both hot and cold. The Karen was excellent -- rye bread was great quality, garnishes were far from boring, and it had a very hefty and satisfying portion of turkey. I'd highly recommend a side of their slaw -- sweet and spicy mix that'll pair perfectly with any sandwich. The value here matches the price. Service was super quick at lunchtime. I'd happily walk past other options and come here again next time I'm in East Market.

• What a great place! We came to Columbus on vacation and heard that Saba was a must try and it did not disappoint. We tried a bunch of things. The stand out dishes for me were the falafel and fries. They were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If you prefer meat- I would recommend the pulled beef brisket. It was tender and flavorful. We got it with tahini which was a great pairing. The east market is a great atmosphere. I highly recommend!!!

• Saba might literally be the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life I come here regularly this time I got the chicken poppers absolutely rambunctious. Staff was very very nice and funny people. • The place is deceptive. I ordered the higher-priced version of the menu to include more. I still ended up paying about 15% more on the bill. And then came the surprise, asking for a tip! There is no service, no place to sit, no ambiance. It is a street food only. I paid close to $30.00 for a box of food expected to be less than $20.00. Very disappointed!

• Ordered a steak burrito and not sure if they ran out of steak and didn’t have the heart to tell me or ask me to wait, but it was a white rice burrito with extra rice, shredded lettuce, tomato, and some beans.This is the most disappointing Mexican food I’ve had in my life. It was super filling because again, it was 4 lbs of rice in a tortilla, but had maybe had 3 grams of protein. The largest reserve of protein can be found in the image below and yes it was so apparent that I ate this like conspiracy theorist trying to prove that red meat exists.TLDR: I guess don’t order a burrito where lies can be folded and hidden away for generations.

• The first bite made me speak fluent Spanish for 5 minutes. The tacos are authentic. I thought I was in southern Mexico. When I finished somehow the food made me sing the Mexico anthem. The flavor of the corn was all over southern Mexico. The green tortilla was very good. The white tastes just like hot water corn bread. Loved it. My suggestion is to get one of each or two of each. Also they have 12 different salsas. The Rico suave is great and the smokey is awesome. The chicken was my favorite however the steak was a close second. Please talk to the owner and he will explain everything to you. All the tortillas are made by hand and are corn only no flour. Also try the rice water and you can thank me later. You can eat at the bar in the bar ambiance.

• The experience I had at Masa is top tier! There was a little mishap with the toast app and the manager there made sure it was resolved. He went above and beyond by going to bar to check up on me. The food was amazing. I ordered the pastor tacos with pickled onions. Very well seasoned! My favorite sauce there is the rico, it is sweet and spicy. I will definitely be back.

• This was my 1st time here and it did not disappoint! Brought the family here for lunch and tried the smoked turkey wing, Mac & cheese, and dirty rice w/gravy (all fantastic!) safe to say that none of that food made it out of there. I also had the biscoff banana pudding, which was probably the best banana pudding I’ve ever had in my life! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

• The chicken wings taste like they came straight from MCL...no real flavor at all just fried up with some pepper.The sweet potatoes were not cooked all the way through - had an ok flavor but I've never crunched into a sweet potato. The mac & cheese was bland. It was baked nicely but the flavor is so plain. The only thing I enjoyed was the cabbage and that was because it was spicy. I'm disappointed with the meal!! Now I see why they don't do samples... If we would have sampled this we would NOT have spent any money. Hopefully the corn bread is good.

• I came here for my birthday long story short. They were frying the chicken in old grease. You could smell it and see. My Chicken was burnt and taste.like old old fish n chicken grease. Beli it or not the sides weren't bad . They just don't change there grease and had that whole area smoked out. Also the cooks were nice but....there whole work area and area where the food goes were dirty. Not the mention they guy who works there was dirty too from head to toe. I understand sometimes cooking can cause accidents on our clothes but he was extremely dirty. 10/10 I would not recommend

• This is NOT a restaurant. It's a ghost kitchen. This makes me immediately wary about possible cross-contamination going on, especially of gluten in what are supposed to be gluten-free products. • The food is spot on, and the people are so amazing. This is a family owned business. The people that own this restaurant branched away from the Mexican restaurant on high street and started their own little place. If you are looking for those familiar faces that you once seen they are here! This place once was the old Dan's Diner and now it is Tios Mexican restaurant. The photos of our food doesn't even do justice on how flavorful it was. I hope to see this place packed in the near future once people realize how great the food is and who the people are that run it. I had 4 people in my group and didn't spend a whole $100 here. The prices are good. They also serve breakfast!

The breakfast menu looks phenomenal, it’s a good mixture of American and Mexican. The decor is a mixture of Mexican American design and the previous restaurant. They are still honoring the previous restaurant by leaving many of their items on display. The negative part was the service. • Let me sit outside on the patio in 40 degree weather (THEY HAVE HEAT LAMPS). Was perfect. Very crowded inside— but I was the only one utilizing the outside seating. Got to eat, drink & edit my videos in peace & quiet. What a great place to go!!! • I got the crispy chicken bowl with cauliflower rice as the base, there was seemingly no base to the bowl as the cauliflower rice seemed to be just one scoop served on the side within the bowl like all the other elective toppings. The cauliflower rice is overly seasoned, which made it extremely salty, this was a downside to me although I’m certain there are those whom would love the heavy seasoning on this item. In the future I would prefer to see a seasoned and non-seasoned cauliflower rice option. The option for cucumbers is listed as “cucumber salad” however, there’s no “salad” mixture at that all, it’s just simply cucumbers. Usually a cucumber salad is inclusive of some other ingredients. The crispy chicken is well seasoned, well flavored, however the $6 I paid for an extra side came with a skimpy portion of 5 nugget sized pieces as you can see in the photo. Overall everything was well prepared and packed with good flavor. 3.5/5 because while it may be low carb it surely sent my sodium levels through the roof. I would order again if I could request light or no seasoning.

• Was craving some hearty seafood and this place delivered. The blackened salmon on rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a delightful balance of flavors. The portion was on the smaller side for a $22 entrée, expected more volume. There was barely any Thai sauce that was described about the dish on the menu, wished there was a tad bit more. Mac n Cheese was pretty good, well cooked and sauced. The garnished seasoning didn’t help the fact that the pasta and cheese sauce were very bland and under-seasoned. The dish was delivered through Grubhub and the food was still hot and delicious. Next time I will want to try the fish sandwich or shrimp pasta. 🐟

• Any time I get food from here it’s always 5 stars, today was different. I love this place because it reminds me of the Thai food back home in Detroit. I had almost given up hope finding decent Thai food here and then I struck this gem. I always get level , which I did today as well. For whatever reason I had two extremely hot chili peppers in my food and I bit into and instantly I felt the pain. So disappointed that this happened. Lips and tongue are too numb to even enjoy my dish. Please be careful with your orders. I’ll definitely have to triple check from now on

• I hope this feedback is received in which it is intended. Please note, I did not go in person, this was from my Uber Eats delivery.There are a few opportunities MaiThai has to improve on. Reading other comments, I was skeptical about the Red Curry but figure I would give it a shot (I love this dish everywhere else) unfortunately it is INCREDIBLY over salted, to the point it is almost inedible. Luckily it comes with plain white rice which I have mixed in to try and mild out the saltiness. I hope someone at MaiThai adjusts the recipe just a tad to help correct the issue.Next, the delivery was very late and I do not blame my driver. I had a couple drivers quit the delivery because of how long it was taking. Maybe this is a staffing issue? Or kitchen organization?Lastly, I was missing my entire portion of potstickers. So on top of the food I DID receive not tasting the best and the food arriving very late, it was the cherry on top to also not receive my entire order. Very disappointing.My positive feedback is on the Thai iced tea; tasty, sweet and refreshing!

Som Tom 10/10, Thai Tea 10/10 and I’ve ordered many more things and everything is phenomenal. The flavors are perfect!I am so picky with my Thai food restaurants because not many can do it like MaiThai Bangkok and Thai grille!(Thai grille in Westerville is also my only other place I’ll get Thai food from in Columbus- very similar in flavor to MaiThai hard to find flavors so similar and perfect! • Picked up from their production facility and it felt a little weird but worked out fine. The fried chicken was different than I’ve ever had. Very lightly breaded so definitely dry without the sauce, but the sauce was great. I got two bao and the pork belly one was pretty dry and chewier than I’ve ever had pork belly before. The shrimp tempura one could’ve used something additional too, maybe a sour addition or crunch. I’ll try their ramen next time.

• I ordered food yesterday through the Uber app. I substituted the Ramen for Udon because the ramen sits funny in my stomach. I also put no substitutions for the order.They sent me Ramen anyway and wrote on the paper sold out. If you don’t have it just cancel it.Update: Jeff at Fukuryu Ramen is awesome. • I recently ordered from Fukurou Ramen, and I must say it was an excellent experience! Though they only offer pick-up, the quality of the food and the efficiency of their service made it absolutely worth it.The ramen was fantastic—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh, well-prepared toppings. • I love their food, but I have ordered from here twice in the last 3 nights for delivery and in both both orders, I have received less than half of the food I ordered. After the first time, I had to fight with Uber Eats to get a proper refund for nearly $75 of missing food. Kiddos wanted ramen so we tried again, and this time 3 orders of ramen were sent without any broth. I have no idea what is going on. But after two totally failed meals, I can’t risk ordering from here again, and paying delivery drivers, plus tips, to end up missing meals or parts of meals for multiple people. Total disappointment, because I LOVED this place.

• Just Chicken is great! Super friendly staff, and reasonable prices/quality for cost. I got their loaded fries, with just sauce and ranch. Just sauce is similar to canes and other style sauces. Also got a side of their Just fire sauce, which is like a Korean sweet heat. All in all a stellar experience that I will be happy to return to in the future!

• I just had a tussel with the chicken salad meal, and I am still recovering from the complexity on this chicken. the FLAVOR is top notch, the seasonings are nothing to laugh at. You can also expect that dialed in crispy texture that snaps back with every bite.Also, the focaccia bread had me praising the lord with every bite and I don't even go to church y'all. • I had a bad experience here. I ordered their wagyu cheeseburger combo with Mac and cheese. I was sort of hungry and the lady said me it would take 10-15min. However, I waited for a long time and got to the store. The lady left before the closed time. The cook gave my food to me, which was placed on the kitchen’s window for a while. The wagyu burger was plain and mediocre. I could not taste the difference between waygu and common steak burgers. Their dry Mac and cheese could be the worst one that I’ve had. Totally disappointed.

• First time being at the Little Grand and the vibe is great. Especially for a Friday night. Husbae and I came through after seeing this place on Tiktok. Never eaten at Taesty's before, but the Manager Brandon made my night. Super friendly and honest about the food. The food was so good. I got the catfish dinner with fries and baked beans. Everything was well seasoned and I had good portions. The baked beans were giving 4th of July cookout and the fries are my favorite so far in Columbus. The catfish was perfectly fried and had a lot of meat. Tasted like sunday dinner. Shoutout to Brandon's brother in the kitchen making all this food taste amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Don’t take these sliders for granted though, they will comfortably fill you up while leaving plenty of room to wash down a full body stout. Both the slider sauce and the garlic aioli are delightful and are great for dipping the already mentioned crispy tots! After you’ve finished, don’t forget to search for the box for a sugary surprise hidden inside that adds a sweet compliment to an incredibly savory meal! • *NY style review* They also have a Detroit style called the Mo Town I was unaware of until I got there.Really nice aesthetic, but known for their char and well done undercarriage, which I did not get. However, I did see pies coming out that had it. Depending where your pie sits in the oven will affect your experience. The oven is conveyor style with a “ceramic” floor. Off the bat, you will notice an excellent chew - signature for a good NY slice. The crumb was average - looked like they didn’t give the dough enough time on the bench out of the fridge (cooked a little cool). Good quality cheese. Sauce leaned on the acidic side, average canned tomatoes have citric acid, but balance was decent, could’ve used a bit more salt to offset. Crust was a bit soft for a NY style, but good ferment and flavor. Overall a very solid NY style in Cbus, def worth a visit.

• I've heard amazing things about the pizza at Sexton's, so we decided to give it a go. This location was the closest to where I was at the time.The dough texture was nice and chewy. The pepperoni is great. Sauce was superb. Cheese was limited but flavorful. However, I just can't get behind the char. • Been here a total of 3 times. The first 2 times the pizza was pretty good despite being on the more well done side. This past time the pizza was just straight up burnt on the bottom. Every piece tasted like charcoal. Went back inside and they couldn’t get the pizza remade so they offered a refund. The refund never came. • I am leaving a genuine review of my experience. Uber Eats had an offer so I decided to try the sandwich shop today for the first time. I ordered a chicken Caesar on Focaccia sandwich. I came in hungry so I'm actually really really disappointed the sandwich had what was obviously pre-frozen pre-grilled chicken, a small amount of Parmesan and some dressing. No lettuce, and the chicken was completely unseasoned I don't mean under seasoned I mean completely unseasoned. Focaccia is typically an Airy bread with a crisp outer crust. This Focaccia was extremely dense like a biscuit and completely unsalted - it was so very bland. This was the most heartless, flavorless, sad a sandwich I have ever had, very sincerely.The workers werent rude but also not friendly - if the food was good I would have ignored the service and come back. This was by far the worst lunch I have had in a long time, don't waste your time.

• This was our first time in Columbus. We were in need of food asap,fresh off the road after sitting in traffic, we checked Google and this was the closest place to our hotel. We had our 3 children with us : 3,9 and 17. At first we thought we were in an adult only bar however the manager reassured us it was before 9pm and we were welcomed to stay. We even got a discount. The frozen drinks were great. The food was good and the MUSIC was a vibe!! We look forward to returning. Our waiter name started with a Z he was very nice, accommodating and punctual. • Multiple visits here with great service each time.They have a frozen drink that comes in many flavors, its good but has a little bit of a bitter taste to it thats hard to get used to. The chicken wings, burgers, fries, fried okra, and fish are very good. Great place to grab something to eat (and drink). The nightlife here is different each night as the crowd is mixed.Come early for a more classy, relaxed, mature atmosphere and late for more of a club/party vibe. Djs rockin on some evenings and plenty of TVs around too. Reserved areas available which is great for party's etc. I'm not sure of the age restrictions, but I'm noticing a younger crowd moving in, late evenings on the weekends. Give it a try!!!

• We tried Mezcla during their opening weekend and were so impressed!The atmosphere is so chic, without feeling pretentious. Moody colors, live plants, the marble bar- all felt elevated, yet cozy.Their cocktails were elevated, with a huge selection of spirits. We enjoyed the paw paw margarita & mexpresso and got them quickly -especially for how busy they were!Our group took the server’s advice to order a bunch and share among friends- so we got to try almost everything and were not disappointed! The scallops, lamb, tacos, duck, pork, & guacamole were all delicious! The plates and pairings were elevated and beautiful- I especially liked the lamb with pistachio mole.Our server was attentive and helpful, food was fantastic, pricing was just right, and we will definitely be back!

I went in expecting a trendy Latin fusion spot, maybe some smoky cocktails and aesthetic plates, but what I got was something way more grounded, intentional, and delicious.We started with the Guacamole y Salsa, which came with what I think were zanahorias/carrots, they were crunchy, tangy, and a good pairing with the guac that I wouldn’t have thought of. The guac itself tasted like home. I’m first-gen Mexican American and it brought me back to the family cookouts we would have.The Chile Relleno was different from what I’m used to, but I still really enjoyed it. It had a smoky flavor that made it feel familiar in a new way.The Aguachile Tatemado was also a surprise. It wasn’t the typical green salsa-style aguachile I’ve had before. The grapefruit was such a great pairing and it added brightness and contrast that made the whole dish pop.We ended with the Carne Asada, which was incredibly flavorful and cooked just right. What took it over the top were the fresh tortillas de maíz , soft, warm, and perfect for wrapping up each bite.Drinks were great. I had the Agricoco, a creamy, tropical blend with pineapple, tequila, cardamom, and coconut. The Foam & Fury was bold and balanced , a bourbon cocktail with a velvety finish. I would recommend them both.We had two desserts but I can’t remember what they were, the portions were pretty large enough for 2-4 people probably. One was more of a chocolate dessert and the other one was a type of pudding.The cocktails Kimmie recommend were so good. It felt like everyone there genuinely cared. The space was cozy and felt warm and special. Mezcla doesn’t just serve trendy food. It honors where it comes from and you can feel it in every dish.Excited to go back.

Here is why:-service was not good. Many employees standing around talking to each other and doing nothing, meanwhile no one checked in on our table in a long time (this continued throughout the meal).- their seating configuration needs adjusting. We are early, and were seated next to the only other table with people inside. Give us some space. The table was quite loud and made it difficult to enjoy my dining partner because I had difficulty hearing them.- I tried more dishes and thought they weren’t good. The Caesar salad was not something to order. It has kale and arugula which I love but the dressing needs to be massaged into the greens some more. It really felt like eating raw leafy greens that were quite dry. The dressing had some cheese topping which was good but also some almond or nut chards or something crispy but it was too crispy- felt like I chipped my tooth eating. Not pleasant.- the pork tacos were just okay.- Wednesday night happy hour was decent. Liked the drink discount.Overall the atmosphere is still lovely, I still stand behind the chips and salsa and guac, and the fish tacos. All the other dishes I’ve had I feel less positively about. I hope they adjust the service issues. Might have been a slow/off night.

• Well let’s start with everything was cold when given to me. Waiting in line for 45 mins for cold food is a bit crazy. The order was incorrect for my sons order. They gave him bacon and he doesn’t eat pork. The guy at the front you could tell he was brand new, sweet boy. I didn’t want to say anything to him bc I just seen him get cussed out by the car in front of me. The manager came to take the chili off my bill bc they was out and she seemed very annoyed.This is a brand new store, and with that being said the company and corporate should know that you need all hands on deck for the first few weeks of opening. And if you don’t have employees then pull from other stores. I just felt like who ever made the decision to close with only two people in the restaurant set them up for failure.

• Wish I could give 0 stars. It's crazy the past 3 or 4 days your store waits to say no orders only mobile orders after you wait 5 cars in line to get to the speaker box.also why only do mobile orders during peak dinner time? You would think the people that get up and drive to your store you would treat better. • Beware of who makes your food there. My experience tonight was the worst, and I will be avoiding this location from now on. 3rd shift, this is one of the few places open. The worker, a red head guy, who made my food not only just made it out right wrong (every time he's been working and I've gotten food here) but he was portion the Cinnabon pull aparts and did feel the need to change his gloves before make my burger, yeah cheese burgers with a cinnamon sugar after taste. • Upon arrival, we stood for what seemed 5 minutes and watched the crew work on orders without even being acknowledged. Once she finally meandered to the register, it was a staring contest. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to blurt out my order or wait for her to activate the register or what. After seeing three other customers of color get their order from the employees of color, my family's order finally came out. I ordered my regular burger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. It came with everything. I took it back. She came back out THREE times to ask what I wanted on it. When I finally got it and returned to the table, I figured I'd better check my baked potato since the burger was such a challenge. I ALWAYS order a baked potato with butter and cheese. Butter must cost Wendy's about a hundred dollars a pound because I never get any. I have long since given up on any Wendy's having the intelligence to get one order correct. I'm surprised by a different result to the same order at the one I go to in Zanesville, too.

• This is hilarious, let me just walk you through what happened.I pull up to the drive thru, i placed my order ahead of time and I let the girl over the drive thru know I’m here for an order. She goes completely silent for what feels like 5-7 minutes and I can’t just leave cause I already paid for my food.After that time she just goes “Pull around, just pull around, pull around” so I pull around to the first window. She sassily tells me “To the second window!” So i do, and I’m so confused.The lady at the second window asks me my order name so i tell her, she finds an order with my initials and gives it to me. She then scolded me telling me “you HAVE to give the initials, thats how we do it here” she handed me the bag and said have a good night. I ask her where my drinks at and tells me straight up theres no drinks to my order. • This location is truly terrible. They’re always out of food, always ending breakfast early and incredibly slow no matter the time of day. Today was the icing on the cake for me. This is the second time I’ve ordered breakfast from them and was not able to receive it. They held several cars in line for 15+ minutes until breakfast was over and while in line, I see on the app that it says my order had been picked up. After getting to the speaker and telling them about my wait and that my order says it’s been picked up, they say there’s nothing else to be done and to come inside and check. I am on my lunch break and don’t have time to go back and forth with them on a 30-minutes break. I know many people who drive by this location just to go to ANY other Wendy’s, and this is definitely my last time even thinking about going there.

• Let me first start by saying MOST of the staff were so kind, and treated me with respect. I want to say thank you for making me feel less awkward in a tense, awkward situation. I had a BAD drive thru experience, BUT they made it right. I only left a 4 star on food because they did forget my Baconator on 2nd time around. 4 star on service and atmosphere because although they made it correct, there was one person who was unprofessional and disrespectful. The GM. I had to wait for him to come in, as he came in completely disheveled, yawning, wiping his eyes - WITHOUT knowing the situation, he just raised his voice and said he WAS NOT replacing my order, just because of the price. Just the way he handled the situation, especially with my 11 yr old daughter there, was unprofessional and disrespectful. HIS team corroborated my sorry and in the end the order was replaced. The GM walked away with me thinking I was getting nothing, but I stood there, firm, and his sent his employees to tell me 1. I wasn't getting anything. 2. I was getting a refund (and I showed said employee that the total at the register was more than I paid and showed it was like 4-5 less) 3. I was then told they were replacing my order. Not once after the GM got angry, hollered, and stormed off did he come back and make things right, apologize, or anything. My daughter and I are not used to grown men raising their voices and throwing a hand up at us so I think that is what made my blood boil so much, because I can Def assure you that he would never had done that had my husband been standing there. He should thank his team for the 4. It was THEIR professionalism and THEIR kindness that has prompted me to leave a 4.

• It may just be that I’m a regular guy from a not so regular place but this location is amazing. First, it looks basic from the outside but once you walk through the doors you get a high end dining vibe from the setup of the sitting area that is beyond any Wendy’s location I’ve ever been in. Tables, benches, seats, decor is nice in my opinion. I mean, you can sit at the counter and watch the staff go about their duties as if you were in a hibachi restaurant. Power outlets everywhere so that you can keep your electronics charged up and they are equipped with usb ports. The food is typical Wendy’s expectations, regular menu. Prepared well and fast. The staff is friendly and professional. What really blew my mind is the setup of it all. It’s just I never would have expected a fast food restaurant to put the effort in that I seen here. Outside dining via patio and all. This place made me miss the sun rooms of the old days. Add to that the fact that I prefer Wendy’s over any other fast food joint and there you have it, my humble opinion.

• This is a tough rating because when I’ve talked to the staff they have been very nice. On the other hand this store always has some kind of issue going on. Today the grill is broke, which is something that happens and I understand but this isn’t even the first time that’s been told to me here. I’ve also tried to get things from here multiple (at least 3) times and they run out of hamburger regularly. This seems insane for a burger place. I’ve also had them refuse to take my order through the drive through and have everyone come inside to order at a kiosk (twice). Whoever is in management or possibly even the owner here needs to get it together. I would be embarrassed of the frequency of issues at this store. I’ve worked in the service industry for most of my life and never have I seen a store with so many issues so regularly. The store is clean, the freestyle machine is always loaded. So I will give them credit for that.

• I went through the drive-through. I had pre-ordered through the app. There is an automated smart screen that takes your order. The mic is clear, and the system is very comprehensive. In my previous experience, it was very good at deciphering what is said, including menu retraction or adjustments. I told it I ordered online and was immediately connected to a person. I asked for no ice in my drink. Generally, I get everything as ordered. However, this time, there was ice in my drink. It's not that big of a deal. Overall, I rarely have an issue at this location. Staff are proficient and kind.

• So very sad how terrible Wendy’s has become. The food is still pretty good but the service went down the drain several years ago. As I write this review I’m sitting in the drive through line. Been sitting here for 13 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me. And I can almost bet it’s the same excuse as the last 5 times I’ve visited. Payment machines are down, the fryer is broke, no nuggets for the next 20 minutes, etc. I don’t stand alone in my frustration. Someone just pulled out of the line blaring his horn (as if that’s going to make them go faster lol). Luckily no one in my family likes Wendy’s so it’s rare that I get to make the stupid decision to try Wendy’s when I’m alone. I guess I’ll need to join my troop on the Wendy’s hate train. To be fair it’s not just this location. This is my first time at this location. I’ll make a spur decision while I’m out and about, so I believe it’s been a different Wendy’s each time.

I was in the neighborhood the other day so my kids and I decided to give it another chance. I have to say that this location has turned around, I was very pleased with our visit. Not mad at him specifically, im sure it’s a management issue & they won’t let them change it because they always refuse to. If I wasn’t using a gift card I would have left. The food was stale as hell and I ended up throwing half away anyway (3pm). At the least they got my order right but I will not be going back. I’m sure they get it all day long because they’re all like this now but it never changes and they always refuse to make it right. Why should I pay more than what your menu says when it’s already overpriced. False advertising

Was in line over 25 minutes to place my order. I am sure this is a management problem. I will never eat at this Wendy’s again. Not typical of other Wendy’s restaurants.

• The 3 workers I encountered were friendly, which is not so common in the fast food drive thru these days lolThe food was decent...compared to some other locations in such an area...Except for the Frys...had a decent line so I expected hot & fresh but they were not. The saddest part is unfortunately they did not include the sauces asked for; for the chicken nuggets which we all know is a HUGE bummer to eat dry nuggs! 😔 and also did not include the side of Pickles which was pivotal for my sandwich....*sigh. • Another Wendy's that probably should close down. Many times we've experienced problems here but I must say today takes the cake. Went to this Wendy's in the evening about 9:30 and after sitting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes ( no lie) we get up to order and then wait another 5 minutes because we were told one moment. Then when worker comes back on and says how can I help you, my husband starts to order only to be told, after a long pause, they're only taking online and door dash orders. We were so confused so after we have her repeat what she said we obviously just leave. This place is such a joke. At least once a week their system is down and they can't take orders, or they only have fries. And idk if they're feeding a rat or what but as we were sitting in line we kept seeing a rat run out from behind a fence and then run back. Whatever such a nasty lazy place. Raising Cane's got our money instead.

• Nice size Wendy’s with a secure seating set up. I had their sausage egg and Swiss cheese on a croissant combo with a medium coffee. I also had a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. I dined in. My service Ms. Kimberly was a sweetheart. All other staff members were friendly also. They also have mobile Parking on both sides of the fast food restaurant. Decent prices.

• Today was my first time visiting this Wendy’s and I was impressed. Nice, fast, and professional service. Special shout to Ms. Martha. The drive thru crew rocks! The Parmesan Cesar grilled chicken salad was on point along with grilled chicken sandwich combo. It to was very delicious delicious. My order and food was prepared correctly and so were the fresh and golden fries. Nice landscaping. Decent prices. Parking spaces surround the restaurant.

• I came here about a half hour ago today. I ordered the drive-thru a sandwich and a seasoned potato. The food was fantastic. The issue I had is about the woman in the window taking cash. She asked me how I was and then she slammed the window closed when I was in the middle of talking. Then I heard them laughing inside not sure if it was me or something happening inside. Then she shoved the food in my hand. There's only one person in the Drive-Thru ahead of me, maybe she was having a bad morning. Either way it seems people don't have customer service anymore.

• I have lived by this Wendy's for over 10 years. I used to get breakfast here regularly. I went for breakfast there today and I got my cinnabon pull apart out and opened the cup and it looked like really tiny. I tried to stick a fork in it. It was hard as a brick. They were shrunken and hard as a brick who knows how old they were. Then I opened my sausage muffin and there was so much butter on it that it squeezed out like a wet sponge. My breakfast potatoes were cold and tough and chewy. All of the food seem to be old and nasty and disgusting and I will never go to Wendy's for breakfast again. I will go back to McDonald's where the food is good.

• Used to come to this Wendy's because the service and quality tended to be better than the others in the area. Went there today and it was awful. We had to wait five minutes at the drive thru to place our order. Our sodas were incorrect, watery, and had something floating (maybe onion? Maybe plastic? Not sure what) in them so we couldn't drink them. The lady at the window asked if we had gotten our order, but she hadn't even handed it to us yet? We didn't get enough fries and they were cold. So I really don't recommend coming here until they figure out how to do good fast food again. This was super disappointing. We also didn't get a receipt for feedback.

• I went back because they forgot to give me my hamburger (which is literally the point of the restaurant) and asked if i could get fresh fries because i had to make 2 trips back to this location. the manager proceeded to shove his hand in my bag, grab a french fry, and look at me and say “they’re still warm” and then didn’t replace my food whatsoever. i find this utterly disrespectful and disgusting, especially considering this is the MANAGER of this establishment. • 6/7/25 the girl at the first window today at 3:30 with a low cut was incredibly rude. A lot of time you skip the first window and go directly to pay at the second window. So i did that. • I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location around 7 PM on a Sunday. When I walked in, staff actively avoided me, so I took a moment to look at the menu. Eventually, an employee with a headset and gloves still on approached the register and asked, "What can I get for you?" As I started to order, he abruptly cut me off, yelling, "You can wait!" before storming off.When he returned, I calmly asked, "What was that?"—only to be immediately told to leave the restaurant. I had done nothing wrong except try to order when prompted. As I was already walking toward the door, he even called for another employee to physically chase me out.This wasn’t a case of being short-staffed or overly busy; it was pure hostility. A simple apology would have resolved the situation, but instead, I was threatened and removed for no reason. I will never return and will make sure others are aware of this treatment.Additionally, I will be reporting to the health department, as the same gloves used for food prep were also used on the register.I took the photo of the employee from outside the shop as he was telling another employee to chase me and I did not feel safe in the building.

He is rude to his staff members and he definitely needs a training session with customers. I observed him working with a minor employee, I’m glad that’s not my child. • I hate to leave a bad review because my food was fresh and delicious. My problem is with the manager Ian that took my order twice now. He is rude. I let it go last time because food was correct and good, but this time I was missing a main sandwich to a combo. The first time he told me to pull up to the door (past the drive thru). When he came out he tried to hand me my bags while holding the door open. I’m small with short arms and couldn’t reach. I told him that and he said, “what do you want me to do? Let the door lock me out?”. No sir, I expected you to hand me my food at the drive thru since there were no cars behind me. Just terrible customer service. He might be able to boss people around in the back, but he has no business being an order taker or dealing with customers.I’m updating my review. Been twice now since the bad experiences. • First time going here, but never again. Terrible service. Do Not Go here. Or even order online. I ordered on the app a burger, nuggets and salad all combos. They left out sauce for nuggets, didn’t even put my salad and I ordered strawberry lemonade they gave me regular. Couldn’t even bother to at least put the salad meal in the bag. I double checked with staff that the full order was here they said “yes”. Drove 30 min to get this order. There was 2 half eaten nuggets in the order as well. This was my first time here. Hopefully this review can save someone else from going through this. It was a simple order and didn’t even bother to put all the items in bag there wasn’t a rush or anything which would’ve made it understandable. The place was empty. I tried calling 3 times they picked up and hung up immediately. Horrible place.

• I walked here with my husband while my car was being worked on at Buckeye Nissan. The inside of the restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait long for our food to be ready. When we went to get our drinks, neither machine had ice and the drinks were flat and weren't cold. 🤔 However, the chicken snack wrap that I ordered was massive so it was definitely worth the money. 😆

• This was hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The service was practically nonexistent, and the employees who were there seemed like they couldn’t care less about helping customers. I understand that places can be short-staffed, but the attitude from the employees made it clear they didn’t really want to deal with customers at all.On top of that, I asked about purchasing the Frosty keychains since there was a sign in the window advertising them. Instead of a polite response, the manager just told me they weren’t selling them anymore, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away without another word. No explanation, no apology—just complete indifference.To make matters worse, when we had a question about the food, we asked another employee, and he just stared at us blankly like he had no idea what we were talking about. At this point, it was obvious that in-store customers were just an afterthought. It seemed like all they cared about was keeping drive-thru times low, even if it meant ignoring people inside the restaurant.And then there was the food—if you can even call it that. It wasn’t fresh at all. The fries were cold and stale, like they had been sitting out for hours. The sandwich was slapped together carelessly, and the bun was dry. It was clear that no effort was put into making sure the food was even remotely decent.Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Between the rude service, the lack of help, and the awful food, I honestly regret even stopping here. If you want decent service, fresh food, or just basic human interaction, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else

• I cannot even begin to explain my frustration with this location. I paid for an online order & was told they didn't have the cookies I paid for. They said they were out of the cookies I wanted & that they could replace with cookies that I didn't want or refund that part of the order. Went through an entire ordeal of the staff members trying to contact a manager to make the refund happen. Not only did I NOT get a refund for the items that I PAID for but they also shut the window in my face, told me to have a great day & messed up my order. My sandwich was missing the tomatoes that were supposed to be included, I was missing a sandwich that I also paid for AND they didn't include sauce with any of the nuggets in the order. I think Wendy's should put more effort into how their stores are operating vs these social media posts because they're screwing over paying customers, especially at this location. Trying to teach customer service regarding this issue has been an absolute nightmare, which has lead me to leaning a bad review. Not sure if I even want to order from this location again because I'm honestly on my last straw with them

• Fresh and delicious breakfast! Everyone was friendly enough and they provided appropriate cutlery and napkins.Wendy's has some reasonable breakfast prices and offers. They were also providing free coffee.I recommend using the app as we were able to get a premium breakfast for $1 with any purchase. We also utilized the 2 for $3 sausage biscuit and small breakfast potatoes.The biscuits and gravy were thick and full of large sausage pieces.

• I’m really disappointed with the morning experience at this location. I don’t know the manager’s name, but it’s clear there’s either a lack of effort or a focus on cutting corners to save costs. Almost every time I visit in the morning, the cold brew is unavailable, the sandwiches are missing ingredients like Swiss cheese, the buns taste stale, and the breakfast potatoes are consistently old. It feels like quality just isn’t a priority here.Unfortunately, even though this store is right by my house, I’ve decided to start driving 10 minutes to the location on East Broad Street instead. It’s frustrating to have to go out of my way, but at least I know I’ll get what I order and the food will be fresh.

• I’ve never seen a place so stingy with the sauces. I ordered a 10 pc nugget that comes with 2 sauces and I asked for 2 extra sauces to go with a sandwich and they gave me 3. • Showing up with 15 minutes left to go before lunch we should not be told that we have to wait because they were already switching to lunch so they don't have breakfast available. You serve breakfast every morning until 1030 lunch should not be holding back my order at 1015. Also the next time your cashier decides to take it upon herself to yank my debit card from my hand because your credit card reader froze I will be getting an immediate refund and filing a complaint with the corporate number. Also side note don't lick your thumb before putting it on the finger print scanner, that's unsanitary and gross.

• If you're deciding on trying the thin mint frosty, don't. They charge you $3.89 for a large, and as you see in the picture, it is anything but. In the picture I uploaded, you will see the SMALL drink that comes with the $5 biggie bag, the what is supposed to be a LARGE thin mint girl scout frosty in the middle and for reference, on the right is a regular size coffee mug. Both the "SMALL" drink and coffee mug are larger than the cup of frosty they claim is a "large" in the middle. It's a rip-off. None of them are even poured over the top of the cup as shown in all the pictures by Wendys. Mine has a flat drink cup lid, and as you can see, the frosty comes under the lid. When I questioned about this being a large, considering its extremely smaller than their "small" drink cup, I was told, " The person who made it told me it was a large so it's a large" and then she walked away. This is pretty much the hit or miss attitude at this Wendy's as well as if your order is right or not. Also, If you want your vehicle damaged, I would not go to this location. The only path that leads there is covered in potholes. When it rains, you're risking causing a lot of damage to your vehicle because you can't see all the huge potholes under the flood of water. These have been there for over a decade, They never get repaired, and they only get worse with every passing year.

• Came in on Tuesday, May 6th around 2:30 pm. They were ridiculously understaffed, and slow. The kiosks didn’t take tap and the employee taking our order did not use the registers in the front where they take the order. We stood in line for 10+ minutes as they prioritized the drive-thru line. They messed up our order twice and took their sweet time fixing it. As well as that they kept the other people in line behind us waiting even longer and also messed up their order. I don’t blame the team members for this, the lady who was handling our order and food was very sweet. Clearly their manager is under qualified for their position and struggles to hire adequate staff and schedule them during high traffic times. I have worked in fast food and we were never this severely understaffed and slow. Extremely upsetting considering other Wendy’s locations have no problem with staffing and timing.

• Went through the drive-thru, food was good but I thought it was weird that the first window is closed... (and looks like it has been for awhile) ...it kinda makes you wonder what the kitchen is like when they made their makeshift storage closet on display.

• Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. Had to run in to use the restroom and asked if I could switch it to a carry out pick up last minute. They were quick to accommodate. The young man running the front order was also running drive thru because of someone being on break. Even with only 3 working employees and a long line in drive thru AND over 6 people inside, they got my food out in a timely manner. Every thing was correct even for my picky eater!Very impressed!Also inside was very clean and very well maintained.

• I go to this Wendy's fairly often it's near my work so I hit it up a lot and all of the crew members are really cool and nice and give great customer service and the food's always great I rarely have any issues definitely think this is a good one definitely try the fusion Frosty the karma one is the best

• The food was good, my brother Charlie said his Chicken Nuggets and fries and coke were good, and my Spicy chicken sandwich and fries and coke were good, the waiting time was fast, and the bathrooms were clean, the employees were very friendly and nice

• We ordered 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe. It took roughly 20 minutes to fulfill this VERY small order. The cheeseburgers were lukewarm and made incorrectly. There was no lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise on it. No apology for wait or incompetence. Dining area was filthy with food/trash in the ground. Will never patronize again.

• I’m so disappointed in this location. My kid used their own money to buy a Dave’s double (plain) combo at the store near Hamilton/161. They made it with all the toppings, but my kid did not discover this until we were on 270. So we stopped at the closest one, here. Went to the drive thru and explained the story. Asked for just a plain top half of bun as a replacement. They said no, not their mistake, we’d have to go to original store. They just made two McDonald’s fans for life.

• Ordered baconator hamburger which is falsely described as having 6 crispy slices of bacon. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was because part of the description was accurate. However, the reason most people order it ( my opinion) is because of the bacon. Lie, lie, lie...the sandwich actually comes with 3 skinny pieces of microwaveable bacon cut in half. Seriously Wendy's, who do you think you're fooling and shame on you for cheating your customers. Don't buy this sandwich unless you want to be disappointed and cheated!

• Definitely a bimonthly choice. Rarely have order errors, but not perfect. Check before leaving. Food quality and temperature is good. Can’t beat the chili and a frosty. Fries are usually on point. Friendly staff.

• Decided to drop into Wendy’s this morning after golf. Ordered the Bacon, egg and Swiss cheese. Also a large order of breakfast potatoes. The sandwich had a good amount of bacon on a fresh egg, on a slice of Swiss cheese all wrapped up in a croissant bun. Quite tasty. But the star of the show was the breakfast potatoes which were fresh and nicely seasoned. I could definitely just feast on those at every meal. Drive through attendant was super nice.

• We got our mess to go and I definitely recommend eating in the bistro.They didn't fare well and it doesn't seem as if they are set up for takeaway. No cutlery or bags for the food.The salmon was relatively bland and the sauce it was swimming in was okay. The corn was corn and the croquet was very tasty. The meatballs were better than many places and on par with most restaurants. The peas and mashed potatoes needed additional spices, but some pepper and we were good.The portion size is an actual normal size which is really nice because it's not a jumbo sized meal, which means you have better portion control. The cost is reasonable.I look forward to trying some salads and dining inside the bistro next time.

• Very happy to see this restaurant finally open. The service was excellent and welcoming. The food was freshly made, but the waiting was not too bad. We got everything from the menu for the soft opening. Their chicken is not the traditional crispy type, but the soft and tender texture goes well with the cone, sandwich bun, and bowl. The best thing is that you can pick any sauce from sweet to spicy. They also suggest reliable suggestions if you have trouble picking any sauces. Among all the items, we recommend the bowl the most. It includes all the side dishes and chicken with the sauce you picked. We ordered to-go, and the food was well-packaged and remained hot after home. Of course highly really recommend dining in. You can’t say no to hot and fresh food, right?

• It's here. And I ate it.I had the specialty topped with buffaloblue sauce and paired it with Cajun fries and Mugs. It was good, but honestly, I will have to try it again. The taste was there, but because the staff were flustered with orders, my food was room temp. The cone is pre-made but perfect. Points for the sauce being consistent throughout the chicken. My fries were lightly seasoned which I think worked because I was there for the twist on C&W.The end with sauce in it reminded me of the lump of mystery vanilla goodness in the bottom of the ice-cream version. The price is a bit high for some items, but my meal was priced decent for the area I live in.

• First time here. Arrived around 6:45 on a Tuesday. The place was empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful but mentioned they couldn't serve mac and cheese because it wasn't warmed up. They close at 8 so...I ordered the Chick'nCone and fries, my wife ordered the tenders and fries. We immediately noticed the difference in chicken type between the two dishes. The cone came with diced up chicken that was light in color and not very crispy. It also didn't really taste that great TBH. The tenders on the other hand were darker, juicier, crispier and very good. Not sure why they aren't using the same grade of chicken for the cones. This other stuff looked cheap like something you'd find in a school cafeteria. Very disappointing. Fries were on point though. Overall, a meh experience unfortunately. Too many other better places that are worth my dollar to come back. Hopefully they course correct soon.

• Gave this a try and was underwhelmed. They are pretty new so I get they are working out some kinks. Staff was friendly. Got the chicken and cone with a small side and drink for $12+. The chicken was fine nothing special just two strips cut up and put in the cone with sauce. The waffle seemed under cooked pale and chewy. Maybe the waffles iron wasn't hot enough. I suspect the Mac and cheese to be GFS. Fries were limp and cold. Oil probably wasn't hot enough. Hopefully they get better but the price for what I got was not close to being worth it.
