So this location does not have the promotions that other locations have. Steeper prices since, I assume, it's in the middle of NYC. Food is as good as any other Applebee's. Can't go wrong with most of they're menu honestly. And Ironically they have the best boneless wings in my opinion. Perfect chicken to breading ratio with real white chicken inside. Service is not great. The server barely came to check on us. The few times she did she would walk away before we responded.

The Riblet platter I was served did not meet the expected quality. Although I enjoyed the riblets, which were well-prepared and tasty, the coleslaw had a bitter taste, possibly because the cabbage included too much of the stem. Additionally, the French fries seemed to have been double-fried, judging by their taste and color.Moreover, the male staff serving the tables had an unpleasant odor and appeared shabbily dressed, which detracted from the overall dining experience.I have been a customer of yours since 2005, with my first visit in Rhode Island, and I have grown to love your food so much that I’ve even hosted some officials for dinner at your New York location. I trust that steps will be taken to improve these issues and bring about a positive change.

I had the best experience thanks to Katherine Quezada she’s truly one of the kindest and most attentive servers I’ve ever met. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, always with a warm smile and positive energy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcomed. If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’re in for a great time. Highly recommend!

I truly don’t understand why this place has only received three stars from some reviewers. What more could you possibly expect from the staff? The service was excellent — from the accurate order taking to their consistent attentiveness throughout the visit. The team was polite, professional, and genuinely focused on ensuring a pleasant experience.In my opinion, the staff are not getting the recognition they deserve. I was very satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere, and I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

What a meh experience. Prices were high. The 18% "suggested" gratuity was added and I had no say in the matter. Sat down for half an hour before anyone offered water, or to take our order. Ended up the hostess took it and got it incorrect. Christ and then the prices. Same restaurant but go to the one in Fresh Meadows and compare the price.Absolutely mid experience.Oh and just look at that bathroom. It wasn't like it was a busy afternoon (at least downstairs).
