Bao Bao is conveniently located in the Financial District and easily accessible in the neighborhood. Their dishes mainly focus on noodles and they also have light appetizers. We got the popcorn chicken, baby octopus, and tea eggs and they were all made quickly. The breading was crispy and flavorful - we definitely would get them again. They have the option of being spicy or regular. The tea egg was steamed perfectly! The mini octopus sauce was delicious and it was over a bed of seaweed. That was my favorite! - Angie Ngo
