We come to this location quite frequently. Wasn’t very happy this time around, I asked for three scoops of cheese as always do… or I’ll just ask for little more… been doing this for years and now all of a sudden today the Asian lady that was making my bowl refused to give me anymore cheese without charging me $3. I said I just one more scoop more how much is that? And she was adamant at saying they were gone charge me $3 extra. I said nvm… my husband is ordering his food tells the guy making his bowl he wants three scoops of cheese the guy gives it to him no problem.. so I spoke up and asked if I could get more cheese in my bowl. He went to do it and the Asian lady tried to stop him … I explained that I just watched him give my husband 3 scoops in his bowl no problem… and he told her just give it to me… she picked up like 4 shreds of cheese with an attitude and put in bowl… horrible customer service experience …. I’m not sure how much I like bibibop at this point if can’t even get 3 scoops of cheese without having to pay and extra $3…

Rate food low become i request extra broccoli and he literally put 1 pc of broccoli in my bowl. Portions are so small, but food is so good. I literally left hungry. I normally dont finish my food in other places, so me leaving hungry is crazy.

In town for a few days and took my friends to BIBIBOP as they had never been. I love BIBIBOP because you can build your own Asian bowl. You can go healthy or not so much. You start with a base of rice or noodles or greens and then add other items on top including either chicken, spicy chicken, tofu or steak. They have 6-7 different sauces which are very good. You could even add Kim chi. Their specialty drinks are very good. I like their hibiscus lemonade. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I think I spent about $12 but I got a drink and added Kim Chi ($1 extra). I would've taken 1/2 of my meal if we weren't visiting from out of town. The dining room is pretty small, but while we were there I would say about 50% of the business was pick up or online orders. I hope one comes to our area soon!

So excited to have a Bibibop in Grove City! The food is always prepared fresh and they have so many great options. I love that the toppings change with the seasons and I love even more that they have great vegetarian and gluten free options! Plenty of meats to choose from as well, but I can't get over how good the tofu is. The staff is incredibly friendly and they have precautions in place to help maintain distance between others. Bibibop is a great place to "eat your colors" since they have so many different veggies and they even have purple rice! A great healthy option if you want a meal full of flavor and fast service as well. I definitely recommend visiting and also downloading their app so you can get all sorts of deals!

Very good! Would definitely go back! This is a build your own bowl experience - you choose your base (can go half and half), then add toppings, sauce and protein. PLUS they had a few different choices for drinks (beyond just pop).
