Not bad. Consistency is a issue here. Managers have no problem rectifying if you have a problem with your food but portions are all over the place one day I go in there great portions the next day I go in there great portions the third day there's barely anything even on the plate and for $25 that's a rip off for the chicken fajitas. The beans and rice that come with the fajitas are very tiny you might as well just not even send those out they put mushrooms on the skillet and that screws the flavor up really bad like I've never heard of any place in California that serves fajitas with mushrooms and there's a reason why & they don't give you a side of cheese like every other company does when you order fajitas so you can make a taco with your meat and your grilled vegetables but no cheese ? When I asked the server if he could swap out the Pico for cheese he said no we're talking little 2 oz cups and they wouldn't even do that 🤔🫵🤷. I felt the server could have went a little farther to satisfy a customer instead of penny pinching. I will say when the fajitas are done correctly they are amazing and great portions but that's 50/50 now. After you order a drink and tip you're at $35 so you would like to be satisfied as a customer when you're spending that kind of money for one person if I like that everyday I'd be spending $1,000 a month on just food. 4.2 star rating is not a good rating I don't know why they're not trying to improve that it's like no one's held accountable for reviews anymore it's like no one even cares does management even read these reviews and correct issues when they're brought up by paying customers ? 😕Pictures below will show the portion of one visit versus the portion of another and you can see the difference ? Quite sad indeed.

Wow. I ordered Steak Fajitas on a fry pan. So darn delicious. Will come again. Beans are good instead rice I substitute frijoles de olla along with refried beans. Very good. The beer I order was negra Modelo. I order water but order lemon made me home made lemon aid for free hahaha. Call me cheap. Over all came out at 30 bucks. Oh gosh this better then toledoa.

Um, perhaps I need to revisit this place! Happy Hour (after 2) was horrific and disgusting. The Taco are the ugliest, sloppy, & no flavored. That I've had in a very long time. Let's B real! There are several Mexican restaurants to eat at in the City of Fresno. You cannot come to the table with a mediocre restaurant and "just ok" tasting food. The competition is way too fierce! If there were only 10 Mexican restaurants in the entire city, this place ranks number 4...at the bottom of the list. 10 being best!Now, I love Casa Corona, and I've been going here for probably over 10 years. I haven't been here in the past 2 years, so this new food is shocking to me. Employees are great! The atmosphere needs an upgrade or at least upgrade tables.I will be back very soon perhaps 3 months to give this restaurant a second chance otherwise I'm done!

Good food but not much food on the menu like I thought it would be for a Mexican restaurant. Quite a few drinks on their menu. So I'm thinking this place is more of a hang out place to talk and hang out and eat decent small meals? Pretty loud inside! You have to kinda talk loud to be heard at times. The service was excellent! 5 stars! They always made sure we were ok with drinks and food.
