I placed an order for the location I live close to. The app decided to change it to a location 3 hours away from my home. I am not driving three hours to pick up food. Then when I call to get it cancelled I was treated rudely and told they dont cancel orders. There is jo way to reach corporate. There is no way to get help. Terrible app. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. The manager and the workers. All completely ruined the experience.

I was utterly unprepared for just how bland this food was going to be. Kudos for preparing the absolute worst french fries I've ever had... Soggy and so limp it was depressing. Tasted like last week's fry oil. Will never return.

First time getting food from this location. Ordered loaded fries and teriyaki chicken sandwich. The chicken philly is my usual go-to but wanted to try something different. After trying it, that one won’t be a favorite of mine. Everything was as ordered.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Place was quiet, but had good atmosphere. The cashier woman was friendly and helpful, and the other employee brought our food out to us in a timely manner.Good was decent, about average for Charley's. I ordered a #7, which at this time is the Philly Steak and Cheese. It came with OK fries.Clean bathrooms, great view of TV for sports and such. I would probably go again.
