This is my old review the edited one is on the bottom: Very rarely does this happen but when I'm spending $7-$10 I'd expect an actual wing not just a little burnt skin nugget. I notice when the one guy Mo or whatever his name is isn't there that this happens to me. Please stop !!I'm editing my review now to say that they have been very consistent for the past year or ever since this happened. Just now I went and I was short money and the guy took care of it for me he's always so nice and professional. The inside looks clean, and the food is always hot. It's pricey for a reason!!

great food, they put real fruit in the lemonade!took the family out for a quick bite to eat because a tree fell on our power line. the lights cut back on the moment we got back home perfect timing.😁

We had 4 individual meals and boneless wings. Everything was so good!!

If you open at 10am then unlock your doors. I ordered online at 955. Said food was ready at 1012 but dor locked and staff ignored me standing there. Waited until 1019 still locked and no answer after calling 4 times. The whole.time staff looking at me from the kitchen. So I can't get a refund or cancel my order and never got my food.... customer service is trash anymore and everyone with their hand out for a tip... never again

Their manager moose is the nicest person , All my foods on point every time consistency is my thing and this Charlie's always has always been good with consistency
