The worst Charley’s I’ve ever visited. The bacon was burnt, my fries and drink spilled everywhere and they made no attempt to rectify of replace what was lost. The condiment station was completely empty so when I asked for packets they said “ketchup is over there” and didn’t believe me when I said it was empty. What remaining fries I had were overcooked and the sandwich tasted like dogfood. I love Charley’s and this visit has made me not want to have it again for a long time.

I work at the mall so U often go to the food court on my break, and when i went today i had what started to be a very lovely interaction with one of the employees. She had complimented me in spanish and i misunderstood what she said so we started talking about my spanish and how much i know. As i am waiting for my food her and another employee call me back to the glass to ask where i am from, so i answered and heard a very unclear but obvious insult from the other worker even through the language barrier, and the other employee said that she complimented me as well. I do not take offense to language barriers and miscommunications, however it was very obvious i was being laughed at.

1) Didn't get my receipt the cashier said they don't have a printer .2) They missed my order and they were rude when I get back asking them to correct my order.3) their prices are higher than other Charley's locations.4) There was no Ketchup.5) the meat portion is smaller than what I used to have in other Charleys locations.6) Although, I paid tip ahead , but I will definitely dispute this charge.7) None of the staff was fluent in English including the cashier !!!!🤔 🤔🤔Try other locations rather than this locations.

Worker had a HORRIBLE attitude towards a customer in front of me. Worker threw the sub at the customer. Very disrespectful, definitely will not be back! Hope she gets fired!!
