**** Attention Owner *****Guest: Jake 5681Team member: Michael & Manager HugoThis is one of the locations I visit on the way home from work. However today's experience was one that will have me taking my business to their neighbor, Raising Cane's when chicken is for dinner.To start off, I was patiently waiting to order just to see the order. I guess it's Michael is his name, just running his mouth with the person in front of me. At first I thought nothing of it but noticed he wasn't taking an order, the tablet was down and he was just conversing as if there was no line. Then when I moved close to the car then the car moved on. But like a puppy, Michael continued to follow and talk where I ended up at the speaker box to order. Then he decides to come back and ask for my order. At that point I would have left but there was the curb that I didn't want to drive over and figured I'd mention it to the manager. (Stay with me it gets better)Once I get to the party where I pay and get my food (paid cash) I asked the server if there's a manager to where he says he doesn't know if there's a manager there, and he is new and doesn't know who the manager is and if it's a he or she. Puzzled I asked if he can confirm that there is no manager he says he doesn't know, I said ok. Then he called Hugo, (who later says he's a manager) and I told Hugo that he may need to have a word with the order taker because his service was slow and his focus was on the girl instead of conducting business. He said he apologized, and I asked if he was a manager to watch Hugo says yes. Then I asked why his staff saying that he didn't know who the manager is, Hugo's response is that he is new and doesn't know... But when he senses there was an issue he knew to call on you? Hugo didn't have a reply to that question. And all this while I already got my food and waiting for my drink that took quite a bit of time.Accountability and doing your job is clearly what this location lacks by today's display. To the owner, I'm not sure if they were looking out for one another because they are young individuals, but I assure you this is gonna hurt your business. A manager who clearly doesn't know what's going on and is puzzled when asked about his staff. And staff who didn't want to call or acknowledge if there's a manager on duty is not a good sign that they respect the manager's position, or if a complaint that can be avoided/address resulting in a bad review of this location.I will be leaving this post for others to see and encourage to also reach out to corporate as I am. Please remember that although this location may be a franchise, it's still a reflection of the companies image.

Usually love this location, came through the drive thru today and paid $5 for extra chicken but got less than even the regular portion. Super disappointed

It's so hit or miss with this place. They always have a long line and the service is usually good, but at times they're notoriously slow and not efficient like Chick-Fil-A is known to be. I've noticed that a LOT of teens work here. My order is correct most of the times, but sometimes I get tomatoes when I ask for none. I think they should get smaller cups b/c they charge for extra cheese and give what looks to be a little because the cup is so much bigger than necessary. Small complaints, but not ones serious enough to say I won't return.

The worst most ghetto Chick-fil-A do not go to this location unless you want to waste your money , waste your time and possibly get high blood pressure from all the salt they pour on the fries. The line was obnoxiously long and took way too long. The outside line was so disproportionately being served meanwhile the inside line was flying by. The lady that took our order only did so after 5 minutes of us waiting in the drive thru on the guy to get to us which he was really lagging. Then when we finally got our order taken the girl had an attitude like we got on her nerves. So we pulled up and waited for a long time for our order to come out and when it did OMG it was nasty. This can't be Chick-fil-A for real the sauce was busted up in the bag and the fries were so so salty. I complained and the girl said the outside line always moves really slow compared to the inside lane which is stupid. The service was terrible. The food was terrible and all I can say at this point is I'm going to pray for them because that's what Chick-fil-A is about Christian values. I don't think that they even realize how horrible this location is doing. But someone needs to tell them to step it up because this isn't quality that I expect when coming here. I'm highly disappointed.
