Their service is absolutely amazing! I ordered the food and forgot to take my change, the cashier came and gave me the change and served the food at the table within 5 minutes of ordering. Mind you we ordered a lot, not just one meal. The fries were absolutely amazing, plenty of sauces and the burger was really good too. Really impressed with the speed of service and quality of the food. The cashier was attentive and helpful.

I ask the guy working the register for mustard and mayo gives me only mustard with attitude for no reason ask for the mayo gives more attitude if you don't like your job then leave or listen next time. I asked for cheese on my sandwich no cheese the fries soggy only positive the new sprite i guess using your points on the app for food instead of giving them money they give you crap service and crap food

I am super impressed with this particular Chick-fil-A because of their customer service. We sat inside and throughout our stay, a kind Chick-fil-A employee came and checked on us multiple times by constantly taking trash off our table, asking if we needed anything, she brought the plastic place mats for my kids and brought us more napkins without asking. I’ve never experienced customer service at this level. Super super impressed!!

Last time I came the service wasn't so bad but this time it was as good as Im otherwise use to. When I pulled up the only one of the workers wanted to do her job. Maybe she was heat exhausted because it was a little attitude that the lady had when I asked could she come take my order. I think she was feeling dehydrated or ill. I complained to the manager about the attitude but wasn't thinking maybe she was having a heat episode. I did ask for sauces but they gave me only a few which was odd . They seem to be slacking a little bit. I have had some A1 service here in the past but today wasn't it. Maybe it's the heat or lack of water but someone needs to help them workers that are outside taking orders. The workers inside were much nicer which leads me to believe that it might be the uncomfortable 110° heat they are standing in to take orders. The sandwiches were delicious but the fries were a little greasy like they been sitting a minute. Hopefully this helps the workers outside because it's brutal heat out there.

Usually is good but service today was a let down. Guy who took my order had no idea what he was talking about. On top of being very rude and unfriendly in his tone, language, and posture he gave my wife the wrong drink and the wrong salad. Would’ve appreciated more patience and respect from the team. Hope to see better moving forward. The job may not be easy, but treating people the right way isn’t hard. God bless.Side note: Whoever thought blue cheese was a good idea, you’re lucky I’m not taking you to court.
