Absolutely amazing experience, amplified tenfold by our hilarious and wonderful waitress! We didn’t catch her name, but she was a big fan of the seriously unhinged shirts my friends and I wore to dine at this prestigious establishment — a great relief to us!! She enjoyed them so much that she came back to take pictures and laugh with us about them. We wish we could give her a million stars.We promised we’d come back this Friday and are already looking forward to our multiple orders of triple dippers!Great food. Now upset that I don’t have a Chili’s near my city, this is a new core memory that I’ll hold dear until my inevitable end.

We went to the Polaris location at 8:00 pm. It was crowded but not super busy that we had a wait time for a table. The smash burgers and chicken sandwich were good but the fries were hard and taste like the oil was bad or they had been sitting out for a couple of days. The other issue I saw was the men’s restroom was not cleaned. The mirror had a substance all over it and the trash cans were over flowing.We had a very pleasant waitress. Her name was Jasmine. She was very nice and friendly. She took very good care of our table. I would definitely request her to be our waitress again. If whoever reads this and decides to go here request to sit in her section.

I brought my sister in law and my niece to this establishment on a busy and packed night. We were seated and ordered our beverages and appetizers. My niece and I ordered ice tea with lemonade mixed and it was not sweet. Our server brought us another beverage and it was okay. Our server never gave us her name. We received our entrees and it was not good. My sister in law ordered chicken quesadillas and it barely had chicken in it. I ordered sirloin steak medium well with loaded mashed potatoes. My steak was lukewarm and my mashed potatoes was cold. My broccoli with cheese was lukewarm and the cheese was hard that it stuck to the plate. My niece ordered a cheeseburger and she didn't like it. I usually would give chili's a good rating but this experience was not good.

Fairly decent, but not the best I've had. I got the Cajun pasta. I'd give it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. While it tasted fine, it wasn't nearly the best Cajun pasta I've had. It tasted more like I made it at home. Our waitress was ok, seeing as it was extremely busy and all servers were running around. We'd obviously go back, but I'm going to get something different to try.
