I can’t believe what I just experienced at this Chipotle. It was only 8:30 PM, and they don’t close until 11:00 PM, yet the employees were already trying to block customers from entering, pretending they were closing early. Since when does a restaurant decide to just ignore their official business hours?The place was still well-lit, but the staff was acting as if they were on the verge of locking the doors. They gave us nasty looks, moved slowly on purpose, and had an overall attitude that screamed, “We don’t want to serve you.” If they don’t want to work, maybe they should find another job instead of actively discouraging paying customers from ordering food.I get it, closing time is tough, but when you sign up for a job, you commit to serving customers until the listed hours. If you’re trying to shut down two and a half hours early, why even bother being open at all?Absolutely ridiculous. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t even imagine how they handle food safety and cleanliness. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

I don't know why we keep giving this location another chance, but tonight is the worst they ever did.Multiple items were just missing from the order, despite stickers with the correct listings present on the bag and containers for each.The burrito inside was complete made up nonsense that had no correlation to the order that was printed on the outside of its foil. The pic is kind of hard to see, but you'll find guac, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, and who knows what else instead of what was printed on the sticker.The guac was so brown it shouldn't have been served, so naturally it was the only item everyone received.Fool me twice, shame on me. I even made a joke before we ordered about how they would screw it up. But this actually is the last straw. Chipotle is good when they get it right, but don't give this location the chance to waste your money and screw up your order.

I had a very disappointing experience at chipotle at Hilliard location. I found a hair in my food, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. When I told the staff, they were not helpful or kind about it — in fact, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal.The lack of cleanliness and the rude attitude from the staff made the whole experience unpleasant. I expected better service and basic hygiene. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

At this location the guy gave me 2 large ladies of rice, cold black beans, and the honey chicken that looked dried out from sitting so long. You couldn't tell the honey chicken from the regular chicken they both were shredded. I thought the honey chicken was supposed to be chucks. But anyhow he only gave me less than a tablespoon of that whatever it was. I complained about the amount and asked for more but he just looked to the other coworkers like they were going to tell him to add more but they just looked on. I would have even payed for an upcharge for the extra meat but they must of not had much meat on Friday 13th. I swear if I could have shared a picture with y'all I would've it was a disaster. He had buried the little meat under the extra corn and cheese like it was a vegetarian meal for real. The other coworkers looked like they were just uncaring. All standing around 4 people in a lineup at the food area. I will never go back. I'm trying to find the best Chipotle in Columbus so far Grove City

I have been going here twice a week for some time now. I love my chipotle. They hired some new young kid, I always order double chicken in my bowl. I almost never have any issues with this. However this person gave me 1 normal scoop and 1 baby scoop. When I told him he shorted me he decided to give me attitude and tell me he was hungry anyway and would happily eat the bowl I no longer wanted.
