We went to see the local Singer/ Songwriter Brandi Sparks. The chocolate cake is enough for 4 people and it's one of the best I have tasted!! The service is always good!! The music by Brandi is a bonus!!

Disappointed After a Year of LoyaltyWe’ve been a patron at Cimi's for about a year now and have always appreciated the local food and atmosphere. However, we just discovered something that has left us feeling misled: They automatically add a 20% gratuity to all checks, regardless of party size, for both food and drinks.While we understand automatic gratuity for large groups, this policy applies even to small parties—and it’s not something the staff has ever pointed out when handing us the check. Every single time we’ve dined there, we’ve added an additional tip on top of the included 20%, effectively double-tipping without realizing it.Yes, the policy is listed on their website and menu, but after dozens of visits, not one employee ever mentioned it until tonight, even when they saw us adding another 15-20% on the receipt. Had we known, we would have adjusted accordingly....or not.We’re all for fair wages and tipping well, but transparency matters. If you’re a customer here, check your bill carefully—you may have been over-tipping without even knowing.It’s a shame because we truly loved supporting this place, but after a year of unintentionally double-paying gratuity, we feel our trust was taken for granted.

Talk about a hidden gem of Grove City, came for lunch and was greeted by very friendly and courteous staff. We sat outside and enjoy a beautiful of the grounds. The food was also very good with the lobster bisque and prime rib panni. The biggest surprise was the prices, with lunch special about 14 dollars, this was well worth the atmosphere and food. I cant wait to bring others back to this beautiful corner of grove city.

We moved to the area and thought this was a lovely spot. Been coming for months for dinner and drinks. The service really is hit-and-miss, the bartenders can be nice at times and arrogant and aloof at other times. Last week, we went in for dinner and drinks, had a good time, bartender asked "do you need me to get you anything else?" We jokingly replies "yes, our check slip, otherwise you can't get your tip". She tells us "oh no worries, we include the tip already". Uhmmm... what ?!? Apprently they add a 20% automatic gratuity no matter the size of your party. Fault on us apparently for not scrutinizing the bill each time we came, because we have been tipping 20-25% on top of that !! We were justifiably upset about this and the dry reply was "well, it's listed in fine print on our menu". Apparently they are used to people being upset about this because they told us " you can go upstairs and see our accountant and she will reverse all those past charges for you". This is utterly ridiculous practice and shows that they do not care for their customers at all. I'm all for hefty tips for great service, but not 45% ! Buyer beware. We will not return because the entire thing felt shady and backhanded. Business should really think about perceptions and impressions when they choose to implement ridiculous policies like this.
