★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Okay this spot is crazy good. The duck breast main with the plum sauce was my favorite. The pastas were amazing too. The black tagliatelle and the pappardelle were also very memorable. Gotta say that the quantities were great too, so you will be full. Super friendly staff too. A strong recommend for sure.
August 20 · Khoi PhamExcellent Italian food. We were a group of six and had the opportunity to try several dishes. The highlight were the pastas which were all excellent. Starters (especially the foiegras) were delicious too. Service was good but I thought we could have ordered a bit less food. People at the reception were very friendly. Our table was by the window and we got lucky as we saw Hugh Jackman (x men) walking out of the theatre by the restaurant with people cheering for him 😃
June 18 · Tarek FarahatFive stars. Da Toscano is an absolute gem in the heart of Greenwich Village, a true destination for anyone who loves Italian food. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and sophisticated without being stuffy. The service is impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another diner. But the real star of the show is, of course, the food. Every dish is a masterpiece of flavor and technique. The pastas are a must-try; the lamb neck agnolotti is a revelation, and the orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe pesto is the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes in appreciation. The creativity on the menu is matched only by the flawless execution. Even the simple things, like their focaccia, are elevated to an art form.Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an extraordinary meal, Da Toscano delivers on every front. It's a place where you can taste the passion and skill that goes into every plate. I've dined here multiple times, and each visit has been consistently exceptional. It is, without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in New York City and a guaranteed five-star experience.
August 24 · John TackettFood here is excellent! We started with the focaccia, I wasn’t a fan of the cheese butter but the bread was a delicious. We tried a few things: octopus carpaccio, agnolotti, and the duck breast. The octopus was definitely my favorite but everything was phenomenal. Really want to come back and try other pastas. Highly recommend!
May 05 · Lauren SilversteinFood was absolutely amazing and service was even better! We went with a large group so we were able to order more and try everything. Loved the pate and artichoke appetizers!!
