★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great experience at Dos Caminos. We were looking for a quick bite to eat in between two shows. Made a reservation and was able to get in to have lunch. The place is a lot larger than you expect since it has a basement level. Well decorated and gives you the feel of a traditional Mexican restaurant. Our server was Kimberly and she was excellent. Attentive and professional. For lunch we had queso and guacamole. I highly recommend the guacamole. Also had the steak fajitas which were delicious.Overall a great meal in a casual environment with great service.
July 01 · Ed VigezziAte here on our visit to New York. Our waiter was very nice.We ordered a side of seasoned fries which were very tasty. My son and I ordered mixed fajitas to share (shrimp and chicken) which come with tortillas , side of sour cream, tomatoes , lettuce , rice and a little bit of beans. The food took a long time to come out. I was disappointed when they brought the fajitas out. The serving was very small for I believe $34 . Usually fajitas also have a good amount of glazed onions and bell peppers but not here. The taste was okay. They also do not give you any chips or salsa like most Mexican restaurants do. Not sure if it’s just like this in NYC or this particular spot. Will not be returning here.
July 10 · Nely VThe place was crowded, but the food came in just a few minutes which is great! The food was delicious, I ordered the Birria tacos and I can say that these are the best tacos I have tasted in Manhattan. The guacamole was great as well. I will visit this place again!
July 16 · Mario Carpio LeroyGood food and quick service. The lighting and the air conditioning underground could use some improvement
August 16 · Anand Gurudatt ShenoyThis is single handedly THE BEST Mexican food I have ever had in my entire life. The meat was tender and the queso could win awards. The style of the restaurant is amazing. The workers are nice and the food is incredible. I might visit nyc just to eat at this gem again. The following pictures are the beef enchilada and the second photo is a chicken burrito. Please come here I loved the food so much. The chips and salsa were terrific as well and priced very low.
