Fly Fish is an absolute standout dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor, each dish felt like it was crafted with passion and precision. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations that elevated the entire meal. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies arrived, pure heaven on a plate. After dinner, the private club downstairs was the perfect ending to the night, with an intimate ambiance, great music, and an energy that made it hard to leave. Every bite and every moment was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

To top it all off, we ended the night downstairs in the bar, where the atmosphere was elevated with live entertainment.Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Simply the best! Chef Capon’s passion and love for his work comes through in the food and every aspect of this stunning venue. I didn’t want for anything because the staff anticipates the needs of their guests while giving space to take it all in.

Great food, drinks, and vibes. I was apprehensive about joining since I’m not huge on clubs. The club concept works with restaurants and this place has proven that to me. It’s best to know who’s in the bar these days, plus, the staff learn to know your face and even preferences. They make sure you have a good time and it’s great to see Chef make his rounds throughout the night. It’s what truly sets it a part from an ordinary restaurant.
