What makes Gai Kitchen a standout destination in a city full of dining options? It's the quality and focus of their offerings:
Specialty in Thai Chicken: The core of Gai Kitchen's menu is its chicken and rice dishes. Many customers praise the juicy, tender quality of all three, with some calling the fried chicken "nicely made" and "juicy."
Flavorful Rice: A key component of their main dishes is the rice, which is often prepared with a distinct and fragrant ginger flavor. For those who enjoy an "extra gingery" kick, this rice is a highlight. For those who prefer a less intense flavor, plain rice is also an option.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is extremely affordable and the chicken is nicely made. My favorite was the fried chicken meal. The skin was crisp and the meat itself was juicy. The roasted chicken comes in second and was nicely done. The charred parts weren't rock hard, and had overall had a good amount of flavor.Only problem I had was the chicken cartilage but that's normal. The rice lives up to its name and flavor, it was extra gingery and had ginger pieces. Personally, I am not a fan of ginger and would just get the plain rice next time but for customers who like that extra spice, def get the ginger rice.Their fries are amazing too. I'd love to comeback to try the chicken wings and curry puffs.
June 26 · Jen LChicken and rice was alright, very tender. Really loved the chive cubes, freshly fried , crunchy and flavorful. As for the fish cakes, it’s very lemongrass forward, not my thing but if you’re into it , they are also freshly fried and have a great texture.
August 15 · jj lAfter we placed the order on the machine #128. We waited for almost 30 minutes. Everyone behind our order already got the food, up to #138. We went to follow up with our order, the lady looked at my husband like he’s crazy. No apologize at all. Definitely not coming back and not recommending it to my friends.
June 20 · Kerry GuoLiked this place a lot and ordered takeout here multiple times because the chicken are very tasty. But this time I found two hair in my food (I stopped eating so idk if there were more). They also forgot to put the coke that I ordered in the takeout bag. 😞
August 18 · ChenkaiThe Crispy fried chicken meals was mind blowing. It's crunchy and savory whilst also only giving out clean pieces of chicken. No nasty fatty bits. The rice and red curry worked together like prime Kobe and Shaq. Just a slam dunk meal. The surprise winner was the pink milk (which I believe to be bubblegum flavored) it worked really well to quench the sweet heat that you get from the chicken and curry. The little table and chairs were cute and supplied lots of space for other hungry shoppers.
