Beyond the onigiri, the cafe also offers other Japanese delights and classic cafe fare. Their menu includes delicious and refreshing salads, satisfying miso soup with unique additions like tofu skin, and a selection of desserts that are simply irresistible. The dessert menu is a particular highlight for many, featuring exquisite items like the matcha crepe cake, which is praised for its rich flavor and light, fluffy texture, and the mango shaved ice, described as "incredibly fluffy, almost snow-like." These offerings demonstrate the cafe's dedication to providing a complete dining experience, from a quick bite to a sweet finish.

In addition to the food, Hanamizuki Cafe prides itself on its beverage selection. Patrons consistently praise the quality of their coffee and the extensive tea selection, which includes vibrant and clean-tasting matcha. The cafe's atmosphere is another key part of its appeal.
