★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love love love this restaurant! Food was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and took good care of us. There were 4 of us dining. We ordered 3 appetizers, 4 main dishes including a 60oz Porterhouse that was phenomenal, and 2 desserts. The Espresso Martinis were also very good.I cannot wait to go back when we visit NYC next time.
July 22 · Cori CAuthentic Tuscan food. Came here twice for lunch. First time the two of us got the fried artichokes, the daily special pesto pasta, and the pork chops finished with fennel salt and Tuscan kale. The second time we got the zucchini salad, spaghetti Al limone, a daily whole wheat pasta with porcini and lamb, and split the rabbit. Everything wa very delicious and generous portion sizes. Personally I liked the secondis here more than the pastas - I saw someone get the grilled chicken and it look amazing with great char. I would also recommend the lasagna to share as well. Tough to get a prime time dinner reservation, but supposedly the staff says there are tons of last minute day of cancellations. Beautiful outdoor dining space as well.
June 29 · H LCute Italian spot with a large back room and an old school rustic look. The back patio is an extremely cute extension for the days with good weather.Pasta was good overall. Ordered the paccheri strascicati $26. More to come.Front person who seats you was a bit of a stickler as well. Seemed like there were open tables but he strictly wouldn’t seat people early even 5 minutes or put them near each other even though a bunch of walk-ins came in after. Understood that you can’t seat until your full party is there but seemed quite inflexible. Understood that your parties but might be able to sit together due to how busy it may be but when walk-ins with 4 people can come and grab 2 tables pushed together it makes you wonder. Also our tables were put very far apart with one in the front seating and one in the back. -1 star. Also they ask if you want bread but don’t tell you it’s $5. Still worth it.Overall food is solid. Excellent artichoke and pasta. The lasagna was enough for two people! Our waiter was solid.
June 08 · Albert Ki had such a wonderful experience here from the service and suggestions to the food and atmosphere itself. this place now has my favorite pasta, the ramps tortellini, and my favorite bite ever. it was flavorful, creamy, and melted in my mouth. other menu highlights were the steak tartar, lasagna, and roasted carrots. am definitely coming back to try their other pastas!
June 01 · Lori LamVery cute and cosy wine bar-esque restaurant. Service is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Burrata and prosciutto were fine; nothing special. House bread I found underwhelming. Boring, wholemeal bread. My main took about 40 mins so the service is definitely slower than normal. The pasta was great, the sauce was a bit on the salty side but overall nice. The lamb was so tender. Nice wine list but the up marking is aggressive. $22 for my glass of petite arvine - the bottle RRP is $29 making the up marking almost 300% I wouldn’t mind going back and trying the lemon pasta or the famous lasagne. Overall good but didn’t hit it out of the park for me. Acoustics are awful it’s so loud despite the venue only fitting 30 people max
