Usually the line is out the door, but we went around 7 PM on a Friday and we only had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table, turnover is pretty fast. All dishes came out within 15-20 mins of ordering.🥒Hot and sour cucumber: 10/10 - Not spicy, more like a soy/garlic/vinegar marinade with cucumber and it was still crunchy.🍜🐑 Hand rolled noodle w/lamb: 12/10 - Definitely the star of the show, noodles were slightly toothsome & the lamb was cooked perfectly with spices and vegetables.🍗Crispy chicken: 12/10 - We ordered it mild which was perfect, so it wasn’t super spicy with the added Sichuan peppers, amazingly crispy and sautéed with vegetables.🐑🍢 Lamb kebab: 8/10 - A little chewy but otherwise delicious, with a dusting of cumin on top of it.

The hand pulled noodles were good, but I recommend choosing extra beef to make it better. Hope to be back if I visit NY again. There's also nice Asian dessert places on the same street
June 08 · BloodyThe food is definitely 5/5! DELICIOUS! Best Chinese food I have had in a LONG time. This is not your take out Chinese place. The food is curated fresh with hand pulled noodles! It’s from northern china and the flavors are out of the world! Anddd you don’t feel stuffed or bloated after eating the food! If you are in NYC it’s a MUST try
July 13 · Fatima AbbasWe like this place. The xinjiang big plate Chicken is very good and has a great amount. For a party of two, a half portion will suffice. They use noodles instead of pita for the bottom but it still tastes pretty good after the noodles are fully soaked in the soup of the chicken. The baked buns are xinjiang special. The lamb kidney doesn't have the bad smell. This place also has a hotpot menu. Make sure you ask for it as usually they only bring the dish menu. Will definitely go again to try out other dishes.
