The menu at Jun-Men Ramen Bar is a masterclass in focused, high-quality offerings. While the star of the show is, without a doubt, the ramen, the "Bites" and "Buns" sections of the menu are equally compelling. For starters, the Crunchy Cauliflower and Chicken Wings are popular choices, but the real showstopper is the melt-in-your-mouth Pork Bun, described by one customer as "unlike any pork buns I’ve ever had." The ramen itself is where the magic happens. The Pork Bone Ramen and Spicy Pork Bone Ramen are customer favorites, celebrated for their "rich, exploding with substance and flavor" broth, and moist, flavorful chashu. The menu also features a popular Spicy Miso Ramen and a Veggie Ramen with a mushroom miso broth and fried maitake mushroom, offering fantastic options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The noodles are noted for being "perfect," a crucial element to any great ramen dish. For a sweeter ending, the Green Tea Cheesecake provides a unique and delicious way to finish the meal. A curated selection of drinks, including beer, cocktails, and wine, complements the food perfectly. This is a place where every element of the meal is carefully considered and expertly prepared.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've spent a fair amount of time in Japan, so I'm always on the hunt for quality ramen. And this spot delivered across the board.I started with some delicious alcoholic drinks which were very good, but the star of the show is the ramen. It’s probably the best ramen I’ve eaten outside of Japan. Rich, exploding with substance and flavor. A perfect meal for a rainy day in New York.My partner and I had the pork bone ramen and spicy miso ramen. The pork broth is amazing, the noodles are perfect, and the chashu is moist and flavorful. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!!If only I could return and eat a different ramen dish here every day....
July 20 · Steph StephDelightful and delicious ramen restaurant. Don’t let the small space deceive you — this place hits a home run with their creative and flavorful ramen offerings. And definitely try the pork buns — they melt in your mouth, unlike any pork buns I’ve ever had. I do wish the chairs were a little more comfortable but the food comes out so quickly that you’re not hanging around in them for too long. I love this restaurant!
March 23 · Matt MerrickThe best ramen we have had outside of Japan, and we’ve tried most of NYC’s ramens. Both the spicy pork and spicy miso pork were amazing. The egg was perfect, chashu was tender, and the broth was really flavorful. The service was also great. Definitely a hidden gem.
July 06 · Bar AtsmonChicken ramen isn’t great, but the spicy miso ramen is rich, creamy, and actually quite good. If you’re limited to chicken due to dietary restrictions, I’d recommend skipping this spot. However, if you enjoy pork, the spicy miso is definitely worth trying.
May 11 · Yoshi SutajitoSuper tasty veggie ramen. Cute lil spot. Loved the open concept kitchen. Soup was warm, huge, filled with great toppings. Was deep and rich and comforting. Servers are nice and service is fast. Plenty of water included. $22.5 for a bowl.
