I had a very unpleasant experience at this Kennedy Fried Chicken location. There is a worker at the front, possibly of Indian or Pakistani descent, who rudely claims to be the owner of the establishment. He refuses to honor the special promotions that are clearly displayed on the window, which feels misleading and dishonest. His attitude is unprofessional, and he lacks basic customer service skills, making interactions with him frustrating and unpleasant.Additionally, the cleanliness of this restaurant is highly questionable. The store often has a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting that the staff does not maintain proper hygiene or cleaning protocols. There are frequently homeless individuals inside the restaurant, which, while understandable, is not managed well by the staff, contributing to an overall uncomfortable dining environment. Given these issues, I strongly believe this location needs a thorough health and safety inspection to ensure it meets proper sanitation standards.

The best chicken spot in harlem, and the only one i go too. They’re so sweet and the wait isn’t long. I always go for the Mac & cheese.

Great value. Good food at a good price. Courteous and professional staff. No seating and the lights are a bit bright bright, but the fish sandwiches and chocolate shakes make it worth the trip.

Annoying how you need to watch how they total your bill. A new worker or some guy that I wasn't familiar with just started adding random numbers & charged me $35 rather than $26 before taxes. He tried to blame it on taxes until we redid the whole order and found out he adding an extra $9 out of no where. He of course only gave me $6 back.
