★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had an amazing lobster dish at this Italian restaurant in New York. The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is elegant and luxurious, The location is very convenient and easy to find, making the experience even more enjoyable.
August 15 · MFW KPKMThe pizza here is delish - napolitano style, fire roasted pizza. We had the margherita, white mushroom, and Il Frencese. The appetizers were good too. Also, the cocktails were delicious. We came here based on where we are in the area, just looking for good food - and we found it. We selected this place because of the good/high reviews and this met our expectations. It’s not NY-style pizza but still delish. I recommend.
July 31 · Calvin BrownVery often you are purposeful in selecting a restaurant to visit, but on occasion you stumble across a pleasant surprise. L’Amico happened to be just that, while on a recent visit to NYC. Being summer, the open Al fresco / indoor seating arrangement had a very inviting feel when I was walking by, and I sauntered in.This place is a great blend of causal but fine American-Italian cuisine. Ushered by a very friendly and attentive maitre d the day of my visit, I sat outside soaking in the frenetic pace of 6th Ave (Ave of the Americas). Shanique who served my table was very gregarious, and had great suggestions. I settled for a late brunch and had the Cotechino hash with poached eggs, which comes with a copious serving of baby kale and a very flavorful San Marzano hollandaise sauce. The portion was perfect and complemented by some wheat toast, it made for a very sumptuous meal.Being one of two restaurants connected to the swanky Eventi Hotel, one has the option to drop into the luxurious surroundings next door featuring a high end cocktail bar with vibrant decor. I could not have been more pleased with my experience, especially since I came with no expectations, but left with a very high one.
June 26 · J DExcellent food. Pizzas were thin crust well done and toppings were great with good vegetarian options. Pasta was excellent too. Merengue with passion fruit Desert we had was a stand out. Looked and tasted outstanding. Great atmosphere and courteous service.
June 03 · Sandeep MalhotraCame for a bite and a drink outside. The whisky drink was amazing but I was definitely buzzed by the end from just one! Next time I will try frosé for 2pm😂 had the spaghettini which was tasty and wasn’t too heavy. Service was great from the host stand all the way to my server Iris who was so sweet!
