★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amazing food. 5 star service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job taking care of our table. The food is amazing. I loved the onion soup and pate de champagne. La vie an rose cocktail was very well done and very refreshing. Good desserts also. This restaurant is great for special occasions, and brunch with friends. We celebrated a birthday. The atmosphere is authentic and very cozy. You feel like you are in Paris. Definitely be back .
August 23 · Simona ChenaultMy experience here was overall good. The food was decent, though not particularly impressive. I tried the duck after seeing many recommendations, but it ended up being my least favorite dish as the sauce tasted a bit like herbal medicine and the meat was dry, though my boyfriend enjoyed the flavor. The other two dishes were nice. The real highlight was the atmosphere. Spacious with high ceilings, plenty of greenery, and a bright, airy feel as sunlight streamed through the glass. Worth a visit for the setting alone.
August 09 · Sixi MaWe recently dined at this lovely brasserie La Grande Boucherie and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The ambience was warm and elegant, with that quintessential brasserie charm. We had made our reservation through OpenTable, but unfortunately arrived a bit late. There was a large street fair happening nearby, and all the streets around the restaurant were closed off, making access very difficult. It would be helpful if the restaurant could notify guests in advance when such events are taking place, as this could really impact arrival time.Because of the delay, we ended up with a less desirable table — right next to the line of guests waiting at the entrance. While we completely understand that the best tables can’t always be held indefinitely, we hope next time we can be seated in a quieter, more comfortable spot. That said, the service was truly excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The food was also very good — highlights included the perfectly cooked duck. We also appreciated the selection of wines and the freshly baked bread they brought to the table. We look forward to coming back, hopefully under smoother circumstances, and trying more from the menu. With just a little improvement in communication around external events, this place could be perfect.
June 03 · Natalia MedIt was my first time in New York and decided to do a fancy dinner. I chose this place for the French food, and it did not disappoint. I got the French onion soup and the scallops which were amazing! And it was also our first time trying escargot and surprised to say it was a table pleaser! Would definitely return and the service was amazing I loved our waiter so much he was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks !
August 12 · Ariadna VinalayThis place is beautiful. Them service was top notch. Excellent for a date night. My only complaint was the food unfortunately. I ordered the steak frites and the fries came out cold. The NY STRIP was not tender at all. The cut I got was extremely tough. It was seasoned well but had too much bitter on it. The bordelaise sauce was tasty. My girlfriends was a little bit better as her flank steak was more tender. But her portion was kind of small. The deserts were wonderful. Alothught the tart was the size of a cracker it was delicious.
