Employees were rude and denied giving us barbecue sauce even though we ordered it, and demanded that we re order (pay again) it if we want the sauce. They also claimed that we were trying to get free fries and we came every Sunday, even though this was our first time and the fries came in a package deal. The chicken nuggets also had a weird after taste and its texture was weird. The chicken nuggets had chunks ripped off and had a moldy appearance. Fries were very unsalted and tasted bland. Service was terrible as they delayed our order and didn’t give us our fries, so we had to go get it. Do not stop by this McDonald’s.

I should have said something instead of just walking out.I was on line waiting to place an order yesterday afternoon. A women came to the counter and told a male employee something about the fries she just got. He took the fries from her and kindly walked back over to the fryer and place them on the rack for resale.I thought McDonalds policy was to trash food that’s return. 🤔So is this a new policy or does the staff do as they please…Possible food poisoning in the making…

Suppose to be open 24/7, yet always closed at 4am, work in the hospital, this is annoying already. They got so lazy they don't even wanna take you at the register most of the time and will say / register closed. And ask you to use the app or the kiosk. Update, they canceled my order right before 4Am. Not coming back to this spot anymore… you people are ridiculous. Another thing. They make your order and put it ready at the back counter and you can be there order ready and they are still making other peoples order instead of handing you your order that is already ready so you can leave instead, they make you wait 5 mins till whatever their doing is done then hand you your meal..

We had an early breakfast here at 8am as most other places are still closed. It was very clean with high beat musicales Espanolas. The funny observation we had is that the pricing of simple items are highly dependent on the location of the McDonald's stores. The hash brown is about $1.5 more than what we got in the financial district. Or maybe it's related to the date/time?

2025 April/ 25Uncontroled high school students" food court atmosphere!Have lunch or early dinner (12noon to 3pm) with a bunch of high school students who take over the restaurant every weekday and turn it into their own club party at this location!!!!!!!.Audio: Loud music (Reggaeton, Salsa, Club Music, etc) and uncontroled screams by the students.Extra entairtainment by the students: Smoking pot with electrical cigarrettes.THE PERFECT SCENARIO OF "HIGH SCHOOL DINNING COURT".The respect for other customers by this management crew at this location is NONE.Is better to avoid this place at this times if you don't want to run into a threatening situation that requires to call the cops..
